Cacea hummed to herself as she went completely transparent to get a better look at the new heroes. A bit of disappointment twanged her when she realized that, at least by her standards, they all seemed to be average heroes. Pouting a bit, she wandered around the room as the conversation continued.

Jessie said "A kingdom to save? Sweet, we get to be knights." Hootle said "Don't get your hopes up kid. You're not of noble birth and you seem way to old to do any kind of training." Logan said "Just tell us where it is miss and we'll take care of everything."

"You may not be a knight, but your service does not go unappreciated," Hitanaku says to Jessie, but also kind of pointed at the group as a whole.
"But Captain does make a good point, it pains my heart to send heroes out to battle without compensation. I'll let you all in on a little secret. I actually pay you all, but it's after the quest is done," Hitanaku explains. Surprisingly, she didn't just send people out into the unknown. Hitanaku usually doesn't tell groups about their payment beforehand though, she's found that it's causes their focus to be.. negative, to say the least. One of her groups got slaughtered for it, but she didn't bring it up.
"How much we talkin?" Caleb asks, he was bored up until the giant lady mentioned money. "I'd rather not say," Hitanaku says. Lilian stays quiet and examines the reactions of everyone else. -
Captain paused for a moment before he said "thats not exactly what i ment." As his right eyelight started tracking Cacea as she walked. "But i guess that will do. What can you tell us about this kingdom we are supposed to save. Erratum no." The last part of his sentence was directed at the Hyzanilk, who was staring intently at Logan

Payment? Cacea looked at Hitanaku. She had no idea that heroes were getting a payment. Speaking of whom, she turned back to these new heroes to study their faces. At this point it was nearly impossible to tell if they were noble or arrogant. Either way, she decided she'd stick around.

Jessie asked "Well I would like to know how much. Just so I know how much I'm potentially risking my life for." Logan said "Do not worry about paying me. I live to help all I can." "I have no use for money. Black Pearl stated. Logan then looked at a weird skeleton bird and said "Hello, who are you?:"

"My name's Ivy. Didn't mean to eavesdrop, but I couldn't help but overhear. I could help you, for a price, of course. I've got some connections," she smirks, transforming into her natural form, and walking towards the group.

Powers: The ability to talk with plants and animals, and transform into them, occasionally dark magic
Weaknesses: Fire and her own arrogance
Weapons: Two enchanted daggers
Personality: Clever, cunning, mischievous, independent, charming
Bio: Kicked out of her tribe after discovering she is a half breed, she has a dark and violent side of her that rarely comes out.

Caleb twiddles with one of his many knives as he studies everyone around him. He looked to be the youngest here, so he hatched a plan. "I'm just an innocent kid. What if I get hurt?" Caleb asks in his most innocent-kid voice he could muster. "If I die it's all your fault, you should just pay me upfront," he says.
Hitanaku stares at Caleb. "Hmm..." Is all she says in reply. Then she turns to answer Captain. "The kingdom is called Reihl. For about a month, they haven't sent any messages or made contact with.. well, anyone. They're no longer on maps. No one from there has been heard from. Anyone who gets sent there mysteriously disappears as well," She explains.
"And you want us to be sent there?" Lilian asks incredulously, finally speaking. "What if there's nothing to save?" Lilian directs this question at Jessie and Logan. Hitanaku answer, though. "There's always something to save." She insists. -
Captain frowned slightly in thought, crossibg his arms. "I dont know of anything that could do something like this. But i will help." He said before he suddenly moved and grabbed Erratum as the creaturs lower jaw split appart to show his many teeth. "He wants to eat you" Captain said to Logan
