omg f--- u FRR btw are we gonna like skip until they get there bc my minds kinda blank
once stiles and corey were halfway down the road, scott decides to take a shortcut through the woods. he'd taken it a lot of times in the past before he got his bike. -
yea.... let’s skip
stiles parks the bike in front of the animal clinic. he takes off the helmet and gets off the bike, letting out a sigh of relief. “thank god we made it in one piece. is scott still not here yet?” he asks, looking around the empty parking lot. -
corey steps off the bike, almost falling in the process. he feels something wet dripping down his arm so he turns it over in confusion, gasping when he sees blood trickling down it. what the f---? it wasn't even on the bike or his pants yet there was so much of it. oh god, he was starting to feel lightheaded. "stiles-" corey starts but gets cut off when scott shows up out of nowhere, ushering for them to go inside.

stiles notices the blood on corey’s arm and examines the younger’s face. “oh s---, he looks like he’s about to pass out or something.”

scott rushes towards corey when the other starts swaying back and forth. "uh, let's get you inside," he walks into the clinic with corey, his arm around his back for support. when deaton sees them he gives a knowing look, "i was going to ask why you weren't in school, but never mind. go and lay him down before he passes out from blood loss." deaton says and scott nods, going into the examination room.

corey grunts as the pain spreads all throughout his body, not just his arm. "oh my g-" he starts but ends up crying out. scott winces and helps him onto the examination table. "is a wound in his arm supposed to be hurting this bad?" scott looks at deaton worriedly who returns the same look, "i'm not sure." the doctor says as he examines the wounds, "but i can easily tell these claw marks look very similar to something a werewolf would do. if that was the case though, he shouldn't be in this much pain."
scott nods, "yeah, especially if he's a werewolf too it definitely would've healed by now." -
btw i was doing some research (not rly) and i was looking at a list of mythological creatures & inwas thinking it couldve been like a werehyena that attacked corey but ofc he doesnt rmbr bc it happened while he was "sleepwalking" in his werewolf form ¿ & yaa maybe that werehyena had venom in his claws which is why the pain spread throughout his body

yes bc a little coyote (coyotes dont even use their claws to attack BTW) is gonna f--- coreys s--- up..i literally sent u a pic of a werehyena they have giant claws & everything it makes sense
deaton nods his head in agreement, "just what exactly was it mixed with is the question." he says as he looks at corey's arm again and sees a weird liquid apart from the blood. "whatever did this either was born with venom in its claws or someone purposely put venom on the its claws for the purpose of doing serious damage to someone. the reason why he hasn't been healing is because of the venom." deaton grabs a syringe and sticks into corey's arm, "this will stop the venom from spreading further into his bloodstream and killing him. it's obviously gotten pretty far if it's stopping him from healing." -

stiles grimaces at the syringe in corey’s arm and instantly feels lightheaded. he looks away quickly so he doesn’t pass out. “so are you gonna suck it out or something?” he asks. -
deaton waits until the liquid is fully injected into corey–who was really close to sobbing at this point–before removing it and looking at stiles, "well i can't suck it out because in order to do that, i'd need an extractor, and those are used for snake bites. not..." he trails off and looks at corey's arm, "wounds that big. so instead i'm gonna need someone to squeeze it out," deaton looks at scott specifically.
"so i'm gonna have to grab his arm and squeeze the venom out? is that safe?" scott asks and deaton nods, "it's our only option if we don't want him dying." -
stiles wants to throw up. “oh god, this is going to be disgusting. are you going to put him to sleep at least?” he asks, looking over at them hesitantly.
