I know what you must be thinking. Water, Fire, Air, and Earth. Unfortunately, you are mistaken. See, Water, Fire, Wind, and Earth are not the four elements essential to life. In fact, they aren’t even elements. Water is a mix of two elements, Fire is a chemical reaction, Earth is a mix of many elements, and Air is made up of many elements.
So what are the four elements that are essential to life? Well, that would be Hydrogen, Carbon, Oxygen, and Nitrogen. There are other elements too, such as Helium, Gold, Iron, Calcium, Uranium, etc. But none of them are as important as the main four.
When you go to the academy, the elements are presented to you in a large, empty room. Here, you choose one of them, or, more accurately, they will choose you. Then, the students are put in a simulated world where they can test the limit of these powers. C1, C2, C3, and C4 are the latest students of the school, and are lucky enough to each have one of the main elements, which is actually pretty rare. The Academy decides to pay equal attention to these four students, since if they work together, they might have the ability to create, manipulate, and/or destroy life.
Rules:
You can make as many characters besides the main four as you like/as you can handle.
Please consult me if you don’t know what powers your character could have/what elements you can choose from.

Independently, Nightrogen would provide you with:
Limited healing powers (basically you can restore energy of any living thing by giving them nutrients. This will especially work in reviving plants and soil.)
Limited control of air (Pairing up with the person who controls Oxygen will give you unlimited control of air)
And you can turn invisible by turning into nitrogen.

Working with others, Nightrogen would provide you with:
Unlimited control of air (partnered with Oxygen)
Control of Methane (paired with Hydrogen)
Creating/restoring/destroying life (paired with Hydrogen, Carbon, and Oxygen, plus a lot of focus and energy.) -

Independently Oxygen provides you with:
Limited Healing abilities (able to restore breath to people, revive energy in living beings that need oxygen)
Limited Control of Air (combined with Nitrogen gives unlimited control of air)
Energy revival from plants (plants will give you more energy)
Limited control of water (unlimited control when paired with Hydrogen)
Invisibility (by turning into oxygen.)
Fire Taming (if there is already a fire lit, you can make a path and force fire down the path.)

Unlimited water control (when teaming up with Hydrogen)
Poisoning Animals and Renergizing plants (when paired with Carbon)
Creating/restoring/destroying life (when all four work together)

Limited Healing Abilities (Can heal people who are dehydrated)
Turning invisible (in water)
Limited control of water (less limited than Oxygen, unlimited when paired with Oxygen.)
Rarely runs out of energy and can regenerate quickly, fast learner.

Bio: Her father died when she was three years old. Her father remarried when she was five and had a new child when she was six. She often looked up to her older brothers and is often pestered by her little sister.
