Sorry for the late reply, just trying to think up a fantasy plot~
There's a world where humans and monsters live together, C1 and C2 are both monsters and they're enemies that are forced to team up when the humans begin to suddenly and randomly get hostile with the monsters. C1 is the heir to one of the monsters' kingdoms, and C2 is a skilled mercenary and thief. A war is brewing, and it's up to them to stop it and figure out why it started in the first place, because an evil force, an organized group of evil monsters, is making the humans act in such a way -

Personality: Childish and playful. She likes to play practical jokes on people, but Iloki can still be serious when it comes down to it.
Powers: Shapeshifting- very powerful shapeshifting. Can turn into animals, inanimate objects, insects, or even just a blob. Essentially can look like anyone or anything, at any age and any gender.
Weapon/s: A black knife that she is bound to
Pet/s: None
Backstory: She's similar to a genie, her whole life has revolved around her being cursed and bound to her knife. If anyone touches her knife and says the right incantation, she'll be forced to stay around with them until you wish for three things and she can grant them. Unfortunately, she can't do any magic outside of granting wishes (other than shapeshifting). Usually those that are lucky enough to actually get close and touch her knife are dead immediately after. Iloki doesn't like to be bound to people and she hides the fact that she's a jinn because of this. She likes her simple life, and jinn are really high up on the social class chain, right below angels and demons. Iloki just wants to steal and have fun.
Other: She can't be sucked into her knife like a genie can be sucked into a lamp, that's where geniekind and jinnkind differ. Jinn have more liberties, and can fight to resist the wish granting gig
