Thread Topic: A Classic High School Love Story

Plot
It all starts when C1 gets a hold of their parent/s hunting gun. C1 had always been abused, lonely, bullied, and hated.. so C1 kills their parent/s first, then sneaks the gun into school and kills all of their bullies. Caught in the crossfire was C2, a student who didn't even have anything to do with C1's whole revenge situation.
C2 dies when C1 shoots them, and C1 immediately feels bad afterwards for killing an innocent person. They run away from the scene, and of course they've been on the run since then. The police are trying to track down C1, and C1 is evading them at all times, living on the streets and fending for themselves. C2 is with C1 also, but as ghost, and is giving C1 survival tips and helping them out. These two unlikely friends are just trying to make do with the crappy cards life has dealt them. C1 is aiming to help C2 move on to the afterlife, C2 is aiming to help C1 get over their mental problems and teach them that life has potential (as morbid as that sounds, coming from a ghost)
Questions that I know will come up later so I'll answer them now:
▪Does C1 see other ghosts? Nope, only C2. When C2 becomes a ghost though, C2 has the ability to see all the other ghosts in the area. And no one else can see C2 except C1.
▪Does C2 have a backstory? It's optional, though there should definitely be something that's keeping them from moving on, some type of unfinished business
▪C2 is giving C1 "survival tips"? Have they been homeless before? Also optional, it all depends on their backstory
▪What happens after C2 moves on? That will happen much later in the story, near the end. It'll be bittersweet but C1 will have hopefully learned to be happy on their own by then
▪The title of the thread says "love story", what does that entail? It doesn't have to necessarily be a love story

Personality: Emma is artistic, and she's also super defending of her friends.
Hair style: Her hairstyle is a bob.

Ethnicity: I have no idea what an ethnicity is
Backstory: Emma was in a family that did not get along. She eventually ran away, because her mom was hurting her. (Not physically, just emotionally) She got shot by C1 in a parking lot. However, she can not move on to the afterlife until C1 explains to the cops what she has done, keeping Emma trapped. However Emma can not let C1 go, so they are both trapped... forever.
Other: She likes to act in her drama class, and loves to help people, which is why she is helping C1, no matter what the circumstances. She also loves furries and furry costumes, and makes friends easily. She is pan, (lgbtq) and is super emotional. -

However, as you're quite new at this, I hope you don't mind if I lay down some ground rules
•Well, firstly: This isn't really a rule, but do you mind making Emma a few more years older? This takes place in high school, plus I doubt anyone could experience being a runaway at 13
•Secondly: Ethnicity is like a quick description of your character's heritage. Chinese, German, Mexican- those are examples of ethnicites. You could've also put if they were Grecian, African American, Caucasian, etc. so I could get an idea of their skin color
•Thirdly: I've seen you do this in the before, and hopefully it doesn't become a problem, but godmodding absolutely isn't allowed. Godmodding is when you explain another character's actions for them, essentially controlling their character (it's very rude and downright offensive to most people)
•No one liners (I doubt you'll have a problem with that rule, you're pretty good at writing longer replies)

Oh, also: When people say "ask before joining", they usually mean you ask before making the character as well (if you make a character immediately after asking, but not having recieved an answer to know if it's okay to start making the character, then there's a possibility that the creator of the roleplay will say "oh, I was gonna say that you couldn't join, your style is much too different from what I'm going for" then not only have you made a character that you can't use, but it makes puts a dint in your roleplaying reputation!)
Luckily, I don't really mind roleplaying with people of all levels so you're good on this one
I hope you know I don't mean any offense by any of this, just trying to help and make things helpful for you! I was once a beginner who made mistakes just like you, but you just gotta practice and know that you're learning as you go -
Okay Emma can be 15 if she's in high school. Yeah, I totally forgot about the high school setting... ethnicity can be like... I guess just good ol' American... and yeah that's basically all.

Personality: Closed off, easily frightened, and untrusting.
Hair style: Very short and messy

Ethnicity: Grecian, her skin is bronze
Backstory: Abandoned by her father and abused by her mother, Charlie's always been antisocial and afraid of people. Classmates bully her because she resembles a boy and she never fights back or stands up for herself. All that anger built up until it exploded and she tries to get her revenge on everyone that has crossed her
Other: Charlie is lesbian, but whenever she tried to tell her mom it only made the abuse worse

Charlie was jittering with nervousness. Under her jacket pocket she had the gun her mom used for hunting, or that she used to use, back when her dad was still there and they hunted together. Nowadays, her mom's hobbies included drinking and making Charlie's life a living Hell.
Charlie was at school, math class of all things, and it was almost the end of the day... Then suddenly, the bell rang, but as the students began to pack their things, Charlie stood up, usually a nobody in the back of the room, now the center of attention. She had the gun out. "Everybody stop!" She shouted in a frenzy. The class paused in disbelief and fear. -
Emma was in the hallway, and stopped immediately. Sounds of screams and gunshots came from the room, echoing throughout the hallway. 'Somebody brought a gun to school!' Emma thinks. She opens the door to reveal... ((Kat you finish the sentence))

To reveal Charlie's classroom, though some students were on the floor, shot dead. The ones who were alive were trembling in the corners and along the walls. The teacher was crying, and Charlie was standing there in the middle of it all, with a little splatter of blood on her uniform.
She pointed the gun at the blond girl who just came in. "You shouldn't be here," Charlie said. "M-Mind your own business and go back to your own class, I don't wanna kill you." -
( heeeey, kat I noticed you said other people could join midway? Would I be able to join, because this plot is super cool.)

"Kill me if you want," Emma says. "I'm not afraid."
She went over to a girl.
A friend of hers.
Dead.
She held the girl by her head, then all of a sudden, she felt something in her back, sticking out, she turned around and saw a bullet. -
(Sure, puppet! I've thought about it a bit, and I think it'd be cool if you joined as another teen, except you have the ability to see ghosts. You run into Charlie and Emma, you can tell Emma is a ghost and you think Charlie is like you. If you like the idea, go on ahead an make a character sheet, we'll be running into you after the shooting scene)
"You should be." Charlie whispered darkly.
Charlie shot the blond girl. She didn't know who that girl was, but she wasn't doing as Charlie said and she had no other choice than to kill her. Despite knowing that, Charlie felt an inmediate wave of guilt.
What was she doing? How could she shoot up a school, a story often joked or laughed about, making these kids' nightmares a reality? Who was Charlie to decide who lives and who dies? Charlie cursed under her breath and began to run, out of the classroom, out of the school.
Sirens could be heard wailing all behind her, all around her, but she didn't stop running. -

Emma falls to the ground dramatically, feeling her head was splitting into a million pieces even though she knew in reality it wasn't.
Then she died.
((okay guys, I actually have some news, after tomorrow I won't be able to get on until the first day of school for next year, because this is a school computer, and they take it away over the summer))
