Darkrai chuckled eerily as she slowly lifted her mask,having it rest on the side of her head,grinning fangly.

Malcov looked a little disturbed but nodded in understanding "well are you guys ready to head out?

"Always ready." Darkrai hummed out as she soon pulled her mask back to cover her face,her sword strapped onto her back along with her arrows,her bow resting at her side.

Gineye grinned and nodded as he liftec a hand, blue magic shimmering around his hand before a simple looking Ax with rope wrapped around the handle and head appeared in his hand "lead tge way Malcov" he said as his glowing eyes became a mix of blue and purple

Darkrai hummed before she opened her palmed,a small ball of fire appearing in her palm.

Malcove eyed the ax in gineyes hand before he nodded and walked out of the tavern with Gineye behind him

Darkrai silently followed them both,occasionally looking around as her tail swissed behind her.

Malcov quickly led them into the forest, looking around as he walked "the ruins are about a days walk from town, but we shouldnt encounter much on the way there" he said

Darkrai nodded her head as she looked around,still keeping her guard up in case something happened.

Gineye glanced at her before he let tge Ax vanish "ill go scout the area" he said before shooting ropes out of his hands and vanishing into the tree branches

Darkrai sighed as she perked her ears,quickly drawing her bow and loaded three arrows as she shot them,two of them striking a bird mid flight,instantly killing it."Whoops...." She mumbled as slowly lowered her bow.

But the bird was a Phoenix, a bird who burns to ashes and comes back to life. Darkrai was confused. In her school for magical creatures, they had never taught her this.

A stick flew out of the branches and hit her "no murder boners!" Gineye called out from where ever the f--- he was

Darkrai cursed in an unknown language as the stick bounced off her skull."It was an accident! Ya didn't have to throw a stick at my head!" She shouted back.

Gineye just laughed at her before he dropped down in front of them, hanging by his ankles "well anyways the path ahead is clear, other then a bear" he said as Malcov stared
