DescriptionOn one day in 1989, 43 infants are inexplicably born to random, unconnected women who showed no signs of pregnancy the day before. Seven are adopted by a billionaire industrialist , who creates the Umbrella Academy and prepares his "children" to save the world. In their teenage years, though, the family fractures and the team disbands. Fast forward to the present time, when the six surviving members of the clan reunite upon the news of Hargreeves' passing. They work together to solve a mystery surrounding their father's death, but divergent personalities and abilities again pull the estranged family apart, and a global apocalypse is another imminent threat.

Regarding the seventh kid, the dead one, you can sue number seven, but to use number seven you must use a kid with the ability to see ghosts as a second character.
Dead kid has their powers though, and the kid who can see ghosts can kind of let them use them depending and s---?

How we’d do it
We’d actually start in childhood, and eventually build up to why we fractured , and how dead kid actually died.

There can be one believed powerless child. He adoptive father Would know, but lied to that child that they hadn’t no power, however I’d prefer this to not happen.

I’d like this to be more than a superhero plot, I want each character to have a personal concern. That they deal with it e.g “ my super strength makes me a monster.”
Powers must be related , though I will make an exception. The preferred number is a single power. But if you have a mini power like sensory stuff then you can have one other power eg manipulating blades.

Personality: (12) Rana is selfish, he doesn’t care how he gets it, but he’s happy to take from others, he craves attention, willing to do anything for praise, for love.
(24) rana hides behind a mask of confidence, but in reality he’s crumbling. He’s dying inside. He’s lost everything.
Looks: (12) Rana is very cute, with purple hair, and purple eyes, and dark skin. Rana has a half shaved hairstyle, but the rest is long. Rana is kind of short(5’3) , but has an impressively athletic build.
(24) Rana is elegant and beautiful. Attracting attention, his hair is long and usually tied back, he’s grown taller( 5’10) and his build is more of a fighter than a dancer,
Powers: Rana is able to subjugate a persons will, and own emotions through his words. This however has broken him down when he’s older, unsure that people truly ever loved him, or if he just made them think so.
( he also kind of used his power on his daughter.)

Personality: (12) Emeline is spunky and fun, although will often sneak out to be alone if there is a lot of noise or around a lot of people. She spends a lot of time reading, and assumes the best of people, even if their thoughts say otherwise. (24)Emeline is soft and quiet, not talking often and preferring to stay on the sidelines. She hates her power, and wishes she had better control over who she could hear.
Looks: (12) Emeline has long, black hair that she often keeps tied into a bun. She is on the shorter side with olive skin and green eyes. Her build is quite skinny. (24) She stays skinny, although she does cut her hair into a shoulder-length bob. She has a tattoo on her inner wrist that reads 'the best things are often the least known'.
Power: The ability to hear thoughts. She can't rummage around in minds but she can hear what a person is thinking, and this has lead her to have some social anxiety. There are certain people who she cannot read, and she calls these 'unreadables'. The only people she has been able to purposely block out is her family, and doesn't hear their thoughts unless necessary.
Fears: Crowds
Desires: To not read minds anymore
Likes: Reading, alone time, sleeping
Dislikes: Unreadables, hectic situations
Concern: If everyone could read my mind, they would hate what they heard. -

So the ghost seeing one has been claimed and so has the dead kid.

Personality:(12) Persephone is very childish and goofy, while she knows that its the dead she sees she had a tendency to think of them as imagenary friends since others can’t see them. She doesn’t often take things seriously but will do so when her father commands it. Its rare to see her without a smile on her face, even when shes hurt, one of the only times it will fade is when her siblings are hurt.
(24) She is still very happy and goofy though now its more of an attempt to make all her sadness and hurt go away. She’ll use anything as a distraction. Anything. Persephone had a string of misscarages before she was married at age 19 and was quickly divorced less than a year later when her twins were born with terminal illnesses, they weren’t given long to live but they both lived to to see their fifth birthday but not much later. She is still mentally protective of her family but tries not to show it because they don’t need .

Power: The ability to see the dead. She has the ability to summon them to the material world for things like touching them, get them to fight for her or conversations with the living ect., using this ability is extremly draining of her energy and has a tendency to cause harm on her body, which takes time to heal. Not actually a power but she believes that shes a magnet for misfourtune and death.
Fears: Blood.Losing her children, again. Her family finding out shes so broken (She never told them she had kids)
Desires: To stop seeing the dead but at the same time to never
Likes: Games, jogging,
Dislikes: Sitting still, being alone,

Personality: Amarta is clumsy, so very clumsy, they are energetic and impulsive. They actively disobey and talk back to their father. They are very smart or clever and hates hard work, they aren’t really good at fighting but they try their best.
