C1 is your typical nerd. She is very passionate, clever, awkrawd, shy, and has a terrible fashion sense. As is C2 your typical popular girl. She is very obsessive, cunning, charming, flirty, and has terrible grades.
C1's mother is a campaign runner for Mayor. She wants C1 to be popular and flaunt her beauty more often and be friends with beautiful people so that her mother can win the election. C2, however, has the opposite problem. Her mother wants her to be smarter, more sophisticated, and more interested in culture, so that C2 can get into a good University and take over the company.
C1 and C2 are assigned a project in class to work together on, and upon learning of each other's dilemmas, they decide to pretend to be best friends. C2 helps C1 reveal her real beauty and teaches her how to make friends, flirt, and how to pick out a good outfit. C1 helps C2 with her grades and teaches her how to present herself formally, study, and dance. Meanwhile they tell everyone else they are best friends, quickly becoming the most popular and successful girls in school, much to please their mothers.
However as their plotting goes on, the two begin to fall in love. Will this change their mother's glee? -
