Nathaniel caused the probability of the beams to rust, to happen, and then he just bent them and walked past.
Lucky tried to get away as he picked her up by her throat and started to squeeze. -
DiMension started lowering the gun. She didn't like having it at all, and he was right anyway. With her leg out of commision and this monster on her tail, it'd be hard to do anything.
Of course, however, she wouldn't let her friends get beat up.
She teleported to Lucky and grabbed onto her, trying to tug her away. If she could get her out of Roulette's grasp, she could teleport both of them somewhere safe. -
Solar Flare blasted Baby Doll's dolls off him and looked around. Nothing they were doing was working and Infinite started using his illusions to make Cassidy's dolls larger. He blasted Roulette to get him off Lucky.

The distraction created by DiMension meant that roulette was actually unaware of Solar flare and affected by the attack, rather than using his powers to make him miss.
Lucky had a large bruise on her neck as Roulette ducked out of the way and moved back. The villain pulled out his gun and took aim at Lucky.
Lucky affected her luck, and the luck of whoever was holding her, making each shot miss. -
DiMension teleported both her and Lucky away from Roulette, hoping to escape this crazy situation. They were still close enough to be seen however, since she wasn't going to leave Solar Flare to find for himself. "Thanks Solar!" She said, grateful for the opening that had been granted to her.

Solar Flare said "No problem. They're too strong, we have to retreat." He then flew out to escape with everyone.
Finn said "Next time, we'll kill ya." He turned to his teammates and said "I think that put the fear of us in them. And a dose of reality." -
Akumu chuckled in amusement "yes, i believe it did." he said with a smirk before looking around for slayer and shiro

Piers giggled slightly. "This is so much fun! I missed when we would do this together, didn't you, Natey?" He rocked back and forth on his heels, wiping some blood off his cheek.

Nathaniel nodded, though he didn’t seem to be aoying attention. He was pale and overcome with rage, apparently. Lucky had said something just before DiMension had popped up.
Lucky felt guilty, but she didn’t understand it, sure whatshe had done was super illiegal, but roulette was a villain. Besides Cordelia needed a good influence, not like roulette. She couldn’t recall who he was out side of his persona -
Akumu spotted Slayer and walked over to him, dragging him away from the corpses he was mutilating before going to fine shiro

Cassidy said "I'm glad I could help you out." Finn then said "Alright, we need to go. We need to regroup and plan another attack. Give these heroes a run for their money."
Solar Flare wondered what his friends were gonna do now. He knew the villains were experienced but he didn't know they were that strong. It almost cost Lucky her life and now he need to find a new plan. -
Lucky was applying ice to her neck. “ w we need to bring some more hero’s into the team, we weren’t expecting that many, or that strong!”
Nathaniel looked towards Piers, registering that he’d asked a question. “ hmm sorry what was that dear?” -
"Yeah, that was terrifying!" whispered DiMension. Shows a young hero and never fought villains like that, but her mother had been hero in the days of NighTerror, Infinity, Roulette, and Famine.

(I find it interesting that no one has acknowledged Cassidy being there or Finn knowing who she is.)
Solar Flare said "I agree, but who can we get. The heroes who fought them before have either retired like them, died or disappeared."
Finn asked Cassidy "So any other reason you came besides the news?" Cassidy answered "No." lying of course. Annabelle popped out of the bag Cassidy had, looked at Finn and said "Daddy?"
