Okay so I noticed I’m not the only person here who has a hard time writing Non-Binary characters. We can’t just say don’t write about them, that isn’t fair to people who are non-binary on this site who don’t have many stories they can fully relate to. So this role play, I want everyone to make non-binary characters with other traits they have a difficult time with. Sexuality, personality, species, etc.
The plot is a group of non- binary people seeing there aren’t many non-binary characters and deciding to do something about it.

So what would we be doing?

Just practicing different things I guess. Idk. Thought it was a good idea while typing it but it’s more to practice using They/them pronouns and role playing someone who isn’t a certain gender. I guess this wasn’t very well thought out, but maybe we should start using non-binary characters in our writing more often. I know I myself tend to avoid writing about them because I’m not very good at it, but in a way that seems to put down people who are non-binary I guess...
