So I made this plot, which was kind of good, but I clearly forgot about the RP, and the plot was ehhhh.
Alvara academy is a safe haven, and a training ground for children with ‘afflictions’. Around fifty years ago the first afflicted was born, a young boy with the ability to hear other people’s thoughts, he was killed by the time he turned ten.
So when a handful of extremely powerful afflicted used their abilities to create a land, outside of time and space, they did. They created the Alvara institute. From there children were rescued, and enrolled in the school.
The school eventually expanded becoming a community.
However are these powerful people really content to stay hiding?
- one player, can have an oc working with the human government to infiltrate the school.
- there’s the alpha Beta Omega class system, this is important.
Alphas are the top of the food chain, they’re physically stronger , betas are the same as humans physically but aren’t affected by ‘ruts’ or ‘heats’ and Omegas are typically less strong that Alphas.
- this isn’t as cut and dry as it seems.....trust no one...
- people trained to capture the afflicted are ‘ witch’ hunters.

Affliction: ‘ Forces of nature’
The ability ties Laurence’s soul into the force of nature, allowing him complete influence over it. Unfortunately Laurence’s ability is raw and he has little control of it despite several years of training, so he rarely is able to judge if the ability will work how he commands...

Looks: Laurence is a fairly attractive student, he’s got brown hair, which is long and is in a side ponytail. He’s around 5’9 as well as having a decent amount of muscle, as he does several athletic activities. Laurnece has softer features, with prominent green eyes. He dresses in jeans and somewhat tight shirts.
Personality: Laurnece is you’re typical mentor character, and he’s one of two upperclassman, so he’s fairly friendly. Laurence is studious but is suprisngly easily distracted....though one has to wonder if someone can really be this kind.

Personality: Vincent often comes off as cold to most people, and doesnt usually talk much. However if you stick around him long enough you will find he is a sarcastic lil s---. He also has a habbit of forgetting to eat.

Cynder has control over several dark elements, but currently can only use Shadow, Poison, and Wind.

Personality: Cynder is kinda playful and is a sassy b----. She can be abit of a drama queen and is easily angered

Archaios is able to use the skins of various animals to shape shift, and has telekinesis

Ok so betas make up like 60
Alphas make up 30 percent
Omegas make up ten?
ALpha gender is split so it’s kind of even, though you do have a higher chance for Male?
It’s just to avoid inconsistency since a lot of background staff are alpha females
other than that they seem fine
