C1 is the leader of a powerful criminal originisation, they have been since they assumed control from their parents. C1 has an issue though, for as long as they can recall they’ve never felt anything for anyone else. It all changed however when C2 came into their lives.
C2 is an undercover cop, tasked with destroying the organisation from the inside out, however the only person aware of C2’s identity is c2 themselves, so they have no police support. C2 approaches the organisation under the guise of a troubled orphan.
C1 becomes fascinated with them, and fascination quickly turns into obsession, and from there C1 falls in ‘love’ with C2.

Optional story routes :
C1 discovers C2 is a snake, but decides to let them live, just keeps them prisoner.
C2 actually joins the gang for real.
Anything really I don’t mind.
