I've come to realize that a lot of the advice I gave is really hard to read through and focus on if you don't like large paragraphs. I have a TERRIBLE habit of writing mini-essays when I feel too passionate, as I'm about to do right now, lol.
I feel like role playing is different for everyone, and therefore it should be open to interpretation and not defined or held in a small "box" of rules. I think that it's easier to learn how to get better by doing things on your own, finding out what does and doesn't work, and going from there.
I also never really received feedback on this, and to me, I think it's a sign that it isn't quite needed. Not here, anyway. I think that everyone had picked up their own habits on starting and doing roleplays, and if any "pinned" thread is necessary, it would potentially be a "ask questions and get an answer from anyone" rather than a heavy duty guide that did not seem to receive much traffic.
And if none of those seem like good explanations as to why I asked for this to be unpinned.. Ultimately, I feel as if I am not someone worthy of giving advice. 😅 -
But you tried your best tho. Even if I don't know you well,I can tell you're a very creative person.)

Thank you! That means a lot to me, seeing as how I've been struggling with my confidence in my creative thinking skills.
I hope to continue to be of help to the roleplaying community here through other ways, even if this guide didn't quite do it.
