Axel - Grey background, green stripe
The emblem is basically a badge they wear so that other soldiers know who they are and a somewhat basic understanding of what they’re capable of. It’s mostly a social standing type thing and less of what it was originally made for. Everyone with an ability has one and gets it as soon as they develop powers, but they are only required to wear it publicly while serving in the military -
What are the colours of each?
-
I described all of them already except for white, which is for common powers
-
Black background = Rare
Gray background = Uncommon
White background = Common
Green stripe = Useless in battle
Red stripe = Lethal
Orange stripe = Semi-lethal
Yellow = Dangerous but only lethal in certain situations -
Yep yep you got itttt
-
Noice :D how are we gonna start?
-
I think it best we start with us arriving at the base for the first time! I’ll go first
-
Simon looked up at the Base before checking his travel ticket multiple times to make sure he had the right one. He was shaking like a leaf, as per usual for the red head.
Inside the base there was a winged man(the commander?) and no one else. The small boy silently wondered how long this area had been empty before they decided to use it for the war efforts.
The inside was dirty and rugged, but so was everything else these days. As soon as the demons attacked, it became no man’s land. Electronics that weren’t for communication became useless, lots of businesses failed. It was as if humanity had taken a step backward, technology wise. -
Pharaoh looked around silently as he walked into the base, taking note of the Winged man and also the boy. He felt his sister moving behind him and sighed quietly as he turned his head to look at her, noticing that she currently had the body of a snake with some mammalian legs, a fish tail, and a crocodile head. Her underside was also covered in a layer of gray ish feathers

Rita held onto her ticket for dear life, looking around and not knowing anyone at all. There were very few people around. She followed the numbers on the ticket and took a deep breath as she made her way into the assigned base. Why'd she have to do this? Why would they want her and her crappy ability? Honestly, if she was gonna be "lucky" enough to be born with powers, her genes could've atleast did a little better than what they did.
Axel was standing at the back entrance of the base where the newcomers were coming in. He didn't see why he had to take part in this role, but his general had instructed for him to "be there in case of any and every violent act of disobedience" I mean come on, what are a couple of new members gonna do? He heard that last month a guy joined with the ability to breathe under water. Helpful, if any battles would be fought underwater, of course, which they won't. -
Th wings man smiled a grand smile, spreading his pale gray wings out extravegently. “Hello, newcomers! Welcome to Base #19, the place you’ll probably die!” He said brightly. “I’m Tobi, and this is - hey, where is Axel anyway?” He said, spinning around on his heel. He shrugged, letting it go quickly. Axel was usually calm and collected and knew what he was doing, so Tobi wasn’t worried.
“Anyway, you’ll be bunked by ability, because that’s how things work around here. Since almost all of you are blacks, well do it by red to green. Drop your stuff off in your respective dorms and report back here in 30 minutes, Kay?” Tobi said, still smiling,

Simon silently followed the instructions given, and took his stuff to the dorm marked with a red door. He plopped onto a bottom bunk, quickly claiming it as his own, -
Brianna fidgeted violently as she looked out the window of the bus. She was terrified and full of nerves. Not only because she was signed up to fight in a military base in the middle of nowhere, but because this bus was barely stable and could blow up at any minute. Just when Brianna thought she was gonna go insane, the bus shut down. “s---!” Brianna yelled, both in anger and relief as she ran off the bus and toward the base in the distance a few miles away.
Mittens had been sleeping during the entire presentation and hadn’t awoken until another girl arrived late. “Sorry I’m late! The bus crashed down and I had to walk.” She explained before tapping Mitten’s on the head. “Hey, can you tell me what I missed?” The girl asked. “Uh... Something about dying and us all being black.” Mittens muttered. “Great...” The girl muttered before looking around. Mittens shrugged and looked around, resting her head on her hands. She was playing around with her powers earlier that day for the sake of entertaining herself. Now she was a tad drowsy. -
Adrian had a blank look on his face. He had been wheeled to the room by someone he didn't know.
Hari stood kind of shy nearby. -
Guys ignore my post I'll write it better when I get home.

When Rita found base 19, she walked in mid-sentence from, she assumed, the general. She had heard enough to know that she simply needed to find her dorm, though. She was too shy to try and ask for instructions from any of the other recruits, so she ended up getting lost and running into a big scary black guy. "Hey," Axel said with surprise, though his expression didn't change. He smiled gently. "You're trying to find your dorm, yes? What are your badge colors?" He asked. He put a hand over her shoulder and started walking as she answered, "Black background, green stripe," in a trembling voice. "Hey now, none of that," Axel said, squeezing her shoulder confortiingly.
