"Hm? What do you mean?" Victor asked as he sprayed on some cologne

Carlos shrugged his shoulders and and sat on the edge of the bed. "My mom doesn't fall for every man around the corner. Someone like your dad, no offense, she wouldn't fall for. I assumed you would have talked to her or something."

Victor shook his head "No, I didn't talk to her. She did try to explain things to me, but I didn't persuade her"

"Fair enough, I guess." he said, wringing his hands together. "Mom said that we were going to move in with you guys.."

He checked the time, and his watch read 6:14. "I'm off." Victor said before leaving

As Victor left, Carlos walked over to one of his empty drawers and pulled out a plastic baggie and stuck it in his pocket. He knew they were going to move soon, so he might as well have fun while he still can.

He reached the school soon, and hurried to the student council offeice. There, he proceeded to figure out paperwork and review student profiles

Soon after Carlos arrived at school, a smile plastered across his face as he headed toward homeroom. He had to pick something up before he headed to first period.

Victor held a small red binder close to him, which kept the most important papers, which he obviously had copies of. He was seated in first period, waiting for the teacher to collect the bellwork.
