the heir to either a crown or some large fortune/amount of land/title is attacked while traveling at night, their carriage is ripped to shreds and both the guards and coachmen are found dead. The heir is missing, and no one's really sure where they went or if they were even still alive. Someone who lives in the woods (a huntsman/recluse/runaway/witch/ect) finds a body washed up on the shore of the river. Upon discovering that the body is very much alive, they take the injured and unconscious person to their home and try to help them the best they can. when the person (the heir, unknown to the forest-dweller) wakes up, they can recall nothing about who they are or where they came from. Or what bit their arm like that.. But it does look like a wolf bite. (If you see where I'm going with that)
(would also work if it were a vampire bite)

Name: Alexander Lucian Voldett IV

Physical Appearance*:
Personality: Lucas (you'll understand why I'm calling him Lucas in my first post) isn't much different from how he was before the accident, only angrier and.. Less naive. He's always been a short fuse, stubborn with a sly mind and firm will, too. He tends to do things his own way and considers himself to be the only person he can trust. He's often been disciplined by his parents and teachers for his troublesome behavior, but the only thing Lucas seems to learn from are his own mistakes.
He's hardworking, though, and he never gives up once he's set his sights on something: He's relentless and good at scheming on the plot.
Background: Lucas, or Prince Alexander Lucian Voldett IV (as the public knows him) had spent the last four years at an elite military prep school, where his teachers had attempted to iron the rebellious streak out of him. Meanwhile his older brother had been preparing for the crown, until a poisoned cup of tea brought him to his deathbed with a horrible fever. Lucas's father sent for him, since obviously he's next in line.
Because of the attack, Lucas never makes it to the capital. Thus when our story begins!
Other: He has one other younger brother.

Name: Azazel Kane
Age: 18-19
Gender: Male
Physical Appearance: Short brown hair, hazel eyes that have golden flecks in them, his complexion is fair and his body is built well, but not over the top
Personality: He tends to stay secluded, which has led him to be very shy and timid. He loves to help people, which also can be a fatal downfall of his.
Background: He comes from a family of natural healers (witches as others call them). His parents lived in town, but died when they reached their eighties. Azazel suspected someone poised them, but no one would believe him. As he reached his teens he decided to move away from all of the chaos of life, which led him to finding the place in the woods.
Other: He owns two cats. One is named Celeste and the other is named Artemis. -
