The Shadow Drago NewbieProject Nightmare is a military funded experiment to create nightmare creatures but when the project goes wrong and some of the creatures escape they release some of the creatures in turn for a reward to capture the escaped ones

Sexuality: asexual
Apperance: he can alter his appearance at any time but is most comfortable with this form
Abilities: Akumu can alter his shape, manipulate peoples emotions to a degree, and if they have too much negative emotion he is able to take control of them. He cant really be hurt due to what he is made of, but bright lights weaken him as well as strong positive emotions. If he is exposed to too much of both he will die. He can also become a shadow to travel around
Weapons: his tentacles mostly. He prefers to watch from afar.
