Rantaro then picked him up with a devilish grin before jumping into the pool, keeping Jonas above the water.

Jonas screeched in protest, but soon started giggly madly. "You're so mean!" He cried, splashing playfully at Rantaro.

Rantaro grinned. “ Oh?” He said “ Then it wouldn’t be...out of character for em to drop you?” The demon teased.
The water was just the right temperature, for Rantaro anyway, nice and warm. -
Jonas blinked in surprise, and then started to laugh lightly again. "You wouldn't do that, silly. You're not that mean. Besides, this water can't be too deep, can it?"

Rantaro kissed his forehead... before dunking him in the water. He then kissed his cheek. “ I’m still a demon darling.” He teased lightly. “ I didn’t hurt you though didn’t I?” He suddenly panicked,

Jonas coughed and sputtered as he came back up for air. “Wow, you... really did do it.” He mumbled, the shock from both the kisses and the dunk a little overwhelming.

Rantaro held him close. “ sorry darling, I thought you’d find it funny.” He said sincerely as he rubbed his back.

Jonas let out a laugh, blushing madly. “You’re right. It was pretty funny!”

The demon assigned to watch Jonas quickly grabbed him when Rantaro left.
“ are you truly that foolish? You cannot trust the prince! Rantaro doesn’t love you!” -
Jonas gave the guard a questioning look. "What do you mean? He's been nothing but kind to me. I'm almost certain I love him."

“ the only reason he’s being so kind to you, is that you are the splitting image of his dead fiancé.” This was when rantaro returned.
“ Nira....you are to return to you quarters and wait for your punishment there, I will not stand for you slandering me to my love.” The prince said voice cold as he gently pulled Jonas close to him. -
Jonas melted into Rantaro's embrace, but his wild green eyes held confusion and worry. What if it was true?

Rantaros eyes were sad. “ yes it is true you resemble my Fiancé which is what Drew’s me to you, it’s you that I love, I love you far more than I ever loved him. In fact I never truly got to meet him.” Rnataro said voice sounding sad. “ but you, you’re personality is what makes you truly beautiful.”
