"Okay.." I ate the chip in my hand, and took out another. My legs crossed on the sofa, and I just looked down at the floor.

I nod "just tell me when youre ready to go"

I nodded, then silently ate the chip.

I fidget in my seat

Suddenly, my phone starts ringing. I just hold it in my hand, unsure of where to press

I stand up and walk over "here I'll help" she presses the green button

"Thanks, but who's calling?"

I look at the name

"Gardevior"

"Gardevior?" I say puzzled and want to ask why he has a pokemon calling him

I chuckle, then hold the phone to my ear "Hey Alex. I'm kind of blind right now, but a friend has taken me into their home."

I sit on the couch across pretending to read a book
