Eliza groaned as she woke up.
The family dog ran into the room, jumping up on Eva.
“ Down boy!” A soft but stern voice said as Eliza’s father showed up.
( her human father. Not her demon father. That would be weird.
Can you imagine though, family dinner with demon dad.
“ pass the vegetables.”

“ dad you just set the table on fire.”
“ nuh uh.”

Chris hid a little behind Alex not too brave around dogs -
Eva gave out something between a scream and a giggle as she fell down and looked at the dog "oh its a pretty doggie"

"Afraid of dogs, love?" Alex asked quietly. "I can transform into one. Well, more of a weird demon wolf if I'm honest." He said with a chuckle.
