All throughout the decades, there has been one thing that has never been achievable. Immortality. It has never been achievable because (according to science) it is physically and mentally impossible. One scientist wanted to change that, so he made a time Turner. This time Turner would allow us to stop time, or go back into the past.
Regretfully, his experiment failed. Time has stopped, but only for a select group of individuals. They are now stuck in a place where everything and everyone is immovable except them, and they have to find a way to get time to start again.
[Depending on how this goes, there might me a second RP where they succeed but 100 years has past]
