Ink quickly snapped into motion, pulling his large brush off his back as his right eyelight became crosshairs and the other an exclamation point. He swung and hit the tiger with a glob of purple paint, knocking it into a wall where the paint became chains

It turns into a shadow and dissapears into the darkness

Ink stayed in attack more for a few more seconds before relaxibg and going tover to the guard, his eyelights going back to their normal colors and shapes

The guard looks relieved "thank you...where the hell was my backup..."

Ink shrugged and helped him up, despite him being less then half the humans hight "are you injured?

The guard thanks him "just a scratch or two"

Midnight frowned as she stood up.

The guard nods and walks to find his very late backup
