Powers:Able to use the elements Ice and Electricity.
Abilities:Move at incredible speeds and ability to climb.
How they are contained:A long,strong chain that is connected to a tough,black,collar that's around her neck but gives her enough distance to be able to move around but not to escape or be too close to the door.
