I have a few ideas. Hold on while I try to make a solid plot. -
Get The Picture?
C1 is a photographer for the school's website, bulletins, year book, and newspaper. C1 is very good at their job, and having to tell people how to pose for a photo, C1 is good at getting people to do what the6 want them to do. The only person C1 can't get to do what they want is C2, the only person C1 is truly interested in.
C1 finds a camera at a weird store that has the magical ability to twist the emotions of the person in the picture to the emotions of the person taking the picture. A simpler explanation, is that if C1 felt angry while taking a bunch of pictures of a person with said camera, the more pictures C1 took the more the person in the pictures would feel angry at the person C1 was angry at. Or, if C1 took a picture of C2, the more pictures they take (willingly, of course. C2 needs to look directly at the camera, smile and all. Pictures need to be proper for the camera to work.) the more C2 will fall for C1. Can C1 use this camera to win C2's heart? -
