Kylie smiled and nodded. "Alright." She replied, happy to have a best friend like Kim.

Tae dropped her off at her house, "Don't overthink Kylie. Its not good for your health. And get enough sleep too."

"Thanks." Kylie replied with a smile. She kissed Kim on the cheek before walking over to her house. She walked upstairs and flopped onto her bed.

Tae blushed redder than a tomato an he got down from the car and walked into his house.

I'm just another a--hole to her, I'm just another a--hole. I wouldn't blame her if she decided to call quits on our fake relationship or if she proclaims vocally her hatred towards me.
I can't blame her for anything, after all, it's me who deserves all the blame.
I knew it was wrong that I ever made the deal with Jaden, it was so incredibly wrong. I was so desperate for the cash that I disregarded all morals. And now I'm stuck out on the balcony with a bottle of whiskey and too many issues to count.
The house by now is littered with various alcohol bottles, I can't help but drink my problems away. My mother surely wouldn't be proud of any of this, if she was here I would definitely be shipped off to a reform school or be grounded for an eternity.
But, how could she when she isn't here?
My mother's miles away laying on possibly her deathbed because the medical bills are adding up and our savings is dissipating. If anything, she's caring about other serious things, like if she's going to live to see the next day.
Cancer is a pain in the ass.
My mother's diagnosis made my father a certified alcoholic and he hated me to the core, saying that I'm at fault of her cancer, my mother weaker than lead, and made me just another cigarette smoking a--hole.
By this rate, I'm following my awful father's footsteps. I probably have reached his alcohol intake and my lungs are probably just as crumbled. All I need now is to become a federal criminal and to start a family that I can bail out on.
Bailout on my family like how Jaden bailed out on me.
Him bailing out on our poisonous deal had two side effects.
1) It allowed me to spend time with a smart ass girl while making Jaden feel like s---.
2) It allowed the girl to eventually find out about the poisonous deal and hate me.
And then there's a third thing, one that isn't quite a side effect but is definitely something.
3) It allowed me to feel a spark I have never quite felt before. -

*Brain's pov*
I sat at my desk and sighed as the new paper work came in. I was too tired to search through the information that Kylie had just received, so I just tossed it all in the pile of cons for dating Jackson. That's when there was a knock on the door. "Come in." I sighed as Heart came in. "Go ahead sir... Please... I'm sorry for messing up... I'm sorry for pushing so hard... Just go ahead. Fire me... Break me... I don't care. I can't handle this job anymore. You're a ruthless boss." Heart cried.
Another pile of information came in. "Hold that thought." I told her, looking over the papers. "Good knews Heart. There may still be a project for you. Look over Kim, and tell me what you think." I told her. "Kim? What do you mean? He's our best friend." Heart replied. "Yes. I think he would be a smart choice for a relationship." Brain replied. "I don't know... He's just been our friend for so long... I don't know how liking him that way would work... I'll try though..." Heart replied timidly. I sighed, happy when Kylie finally fell asleep. -

Tae waited in the living room for Kylie to get dressed and come out. He took a few deep breaths, he planned on confessing to her after the party. -

(Yup! Actually.... When I made Jenna put Kylie on voice mail.... I imagined that she was busy. ðŸ˜)
Kylie came out of the house wearing ( "Hi Kim." She cheered. -
Mark had invited Jennie over to his house. He was pacing back forth at the front door, waiting for a knock on the door. He hoped she would get there safely too.
"You look beautiful, Kylie." Tae smiled. They make their way to his car. The drive to the party being no more than seven minutes. -
Jen smiled as she parked her car at Mark's house. She took a deep breath before walking over to his door and knocking on it.
Kylie smiled. "Thanks!" She cheered, spinning around as she got in the car. -
Mark rushed and opened the door, "Oh thank goodness!" He had become so overprotective, he didn't want anyone else to think of her the way he did. To love her the way he does. "Come on in"
Once they drive up to the lot the sound of music rings in air, numerous other cars also parking at the same time. Tae parks the car and then walks over to Kylie's side in order to open the door for her., -
Jenna smiled and came in. She was wearing a long purple skirt and dark blue blouse with gold dress shoes and gold star earrings. She wore a silver head band with her hair in a pony tail. She wasn't wearing any leggings because the skirt was long enough to go past her knees.
Kylie smiles. "What a gentleman." She cheered, hesitating before taking his hand. It felt a bit awkrawd, going on a kinda sorta maybe date with her best friend. Wait... Was this a date? She honestly had no idea. -
(Lol it's fun to see that a--hole become a major teddy bear around Jenna.)
