Muse A is new to the small town of Haven, having recently moved there, after the death of their mother, with their father who after the death has turned violent and spends his time drinking his worries away. She is struggling to get by, and tries to stay away from her new home as much as possible. One day she comes into the local bakery in the town, and the girl behind the counter catches their eye. As the confident person that they are, they stride over to them and try their best to 'flirt' with them.
But Muse B is not really affected by it, it makes her more uncomfortable instead. She does her best to tend to what muse A wants to though, still.
Muse A sees how Muse B is to their attempts, and decides to try again the next day hopefully, after school.
But when they arrive there, and go to get their schedule, they see muse B working in the office-since they didn't have a first period that day.
