Tova sat half curled up on the couch, her sketchbook balancing on her legs, she smudged the lead along the page where she wanted. She sighed and continued to leave her mark on the paper, the house around her was silent, no one was moving, to tv or music playing to distract her. She was sure that the silence wasn't something that was going to last but for now, she was going to enjoy it while it lasted. Her eyes glazed over and images passed through her mind, so many she only caught a few. She gasped trying to steal some air and shook her head and coughed slightly, she looked down at the sketch, she rubbed her face even though she knew she smudged pencil markings on her face, she didn't care, she rolled her shoulder and relaxed against the back of the couch.
