Arizona looked straight at where her eyes were and online look away. She looked at her movement as she spoke, she watched as she walked and bit her lip. She was unsure about this, people would be looking at her, watching and she wasn't sure how much of it she could take. People had been looking her weird all day, that little envelope had somehow dropped a spotlight on her and this wasn't going to help. But she had to follow her, she had to. She ducked back out from under the bleachers, she looked down at the floor as she followed a a few feet behind Carla she smiled slightly when she recognized the song she was humming as the one she sung yesterday.

Carla looked around the gym, which remained empty thanks to her friends. She walked a few circles around Arizona, studying her. On the third circle, she tapped, stroked, and held Arizona in a few places just to see her reaction and learn what made her react. Then Carla sat at the table and studied the girl with a 'friendly' smile. "Please, have a seat." Carla told her.

Arizona watched her movement as she was circled she jumped slightly the first time she was touched but then looked away and her face heated. She squirmed a bit but other wise didn't move out of the way. When she was told to sit she carefully sat down and crossed one leg over the other, "So um... Uh..." she spoke softly.

Carla was enjoying the girl's timid ness. She didn't know why, but she loved seeing people squirm. "Nervous, are we?" She teased, offering Arizona some lunch. "Did you like the spotlight I gave you when I put the letter on your locker? People love a good topic to chatter about." Carla began.

Arizona nodded slightly but avoided admitting it out loud, she carefully studied the lunch she was offered and shrugged unsure if she should, "It's a little more attention than I'm use to... It's a little awkward." she said honestly but kinda regretted it and couldn't look up at her.

"Well, I was wondering if you'd be interested in hanging out with me more often. Maybe help me out now and then. I'm sure you'll enjoy life with me and my friends. I'll make sure of it." She offered with a hinting smile.

Arizona looked up, shocked, she studied the girl for a brief moment, "Why?" she asked slowly and confused. "Why would you want to spend time with me?" she asked quietly.

"Why? Well, for one, I'm sure you could make it worth my while. I need another member in my group." Carla explained. "Besides... You seem like someone I would enjoy spending time with. Believe it or not, I like the shy, nervous types. They are more interesting, because they have so much more going on inside than outside. I'm certainly enjoying myself now." Carla explained with a smirk. "Besides... You are definitely an attractive girl Arizona Klark." She added, resting her chin on the back of her hands with her elbows on the table to support her as she studied the girl. "Yes. I think we will enjoy each other's company very much." She told Arizona with a smirk.

Arizona looked at the table, when Carla stopped she looked up at her, she looked her in the eyes. She tapped out quickly and looked down at the lower features as her mind tried to think quickly, "I see." she said quietly, she paused and instinctively leaned in, "What were you thinking?" she asked in a whisper.

Carla smiled with interest at the girl's sudden confidence. This would be useful. "You join my gang. You'll be part of our sister hood. They'll do almost anything for you, within reason. And you'll do anything for them, within reason. Also, you'll be my... Let's call it assistant manager for the gang. You'll help me out with plans, errands, and such. And at night... Well... Who knows." Carla explained with a hinting smirk. "I have a plan so that your family won't worry about you. We'll make it look like you got accepted into this special boarding school academy something or other. I don't remember all the details. Stella does the allabys." Carla continued. "So? What do you think?" Carla asked with a smile.

Arizona bit her lip as she looked at Carla's hands, she thought for a moment. She wasn't sure on what to say, getting into trouble while maybe not the best idea but she didn't want to say no either. She hadn't made up her mind yet but she realized her mouth opened and before she could close her mouth the words escaped, "I'm in." she said quietly, "But don't worry about my family, my sisters are rarely home at night, they won't notice if I'm gone." her eyes flickered up to Carla and then down again.

Carla grinned and cheered. "Excellent! We stay at my house during weekends, and you're welcome to come over anytime you want. Since tomorrow is Friday, you'll come with me tomorrow after school?" Carla explained with a smile.

Arizona jumped at the sudden loud noise and fear flooded her eyes for a brief moment and then disappeared, "Okay." she said with a nod, "but" she started and then paused and thought for a moment, "But what about all your friends? Do they want me around?" she asked awkwardly and shifted in her seat.

"Well, they certainly won't question my judgement. If they do ever give you a hard time, you come to me. They want another member. Who that member is is up to me." Carla explained.

Arizona nodded slightly a little scared by that answer but what was she going to do about it? Like really. She just hoped the other girls in the group wouldn't mind her sudden appearance in their lives, but that was when it hit her. Everyone was going to be looking at her now, a new member of the group, that was, if it got out that she was part of them, which she was sure it would. She looked at Carla and kinda wasn't worried about it, she knew that was a bad sign but didn't care.
