Dawn nodded. In case he could see her, she kept the trench coat she wore in public over her clothes. She wore these kinds of outfits when alone to make her feel comfortable. However now she would have to deal with a room mate. So now that she knew he could kinda see her she would have to cover up. Maybe buy new clothes at the store to look less suspicious. She entered her room and frowned at a rat on the floor. She merely squashed the rat's ail with her boot to trap it. Then used the other boot to crush its tiny head. "These boots aren't mine anyways." She sighed when rat blood covered her boots. She took them off and slipped on a pair of sneakers before heading for the bed. She drifted peacefully asleep, focusing on avoiding the only memory that kept her up at night.

Dawn awoke the next morning, happy that she didn't come across the nightmare. 25 Days. No dream. Good. Record is 28 Days, so I'm close to beefing it. She thought, getting dressed. She decided that James couldn't really see what she looked like, he only had a basic idea. So she wore black shorts, a dark blue crop top, and her green and black jacket. She left the trench coat upstairs as she walked down to make breakfast. The agency had supplied them with groceries.

Dawn made herself the classic peanut butter sandwich for lunch. She sat down and read a comic book, her x-ray vision spoiling the ending. So she groaned and put it down before eating her sandwich.

Dawn finished her sandwich and saw him. "Morning." She greeted, standing up. She walked over to the kitchen, placing the plate on the counter before turning to face him. "Ready to get started?" She asked him.

Dawn nodded and went to the couch to rest a bit. Her legs were laid out on the couch as she stared into space, purposesly taking up the couch.

Dawn smiled. By now she was confident that he couldn't see the qualities of her that made other men attracted to her. This made her relieved and made her feel she could trust him a bit more.
