A group of friends go on a cruise during their summer vacation to relax and let off some steam. Halfway to their first destination, the captain exclaims that there is strange weather approaching. Before they know it, the group is being thrown into the seas. When they wake up, they're on the shore of an odd-looking beach. They quickly discover that they aren't on Earth. The disturbance, caused by magical forces, brought them to a magical land.
The teens find out that they're being hunted. Humans are born with magical essence that cannot be released on Earth. However, they have endless amounts of it, making them the strongest magical beings in existence. The magic is infused with their soul, making it extremely pure. On the down side, this essence can be extracted by force. Many of the creatures in the realm wish to extract the teens' essence by force, securing the powerful magic for themselves.
Will the teens be able to unleash their magic and return home, or will they be on the run forever, never seeing their families again?

Powers: ESP. She can read minds, see people's dreams and memories, lift things with her mind, and control people with her mind. However, her body is completely defenceless when she controls other bodies because she must possess them. She has to drain energy from people while they sleep in order to have the energy to later possess someone without the risk of her original body getting attacked. If she does this, a Sheild will protect her body. The more energy she gains, the stronger the Sheild. She can make Sheilds on her own when inside her body to defend herself and others.
Personality: Quiet, kind, sometimes unpredictable, smart, intelligent, can keep in large reactions to emotion, but small ones like tears, blushes, going pale, smiling, jaw dropping, etc. Are nearly impossible to hide.
