Briar sat in the room with the man. "D-do I know you?" she said, looking at him, her eyes filled with curiosity. The doctor shook his head yes. "But now is not the time." he whispered, scribbling something down on a piece of paper and handed it to her. "Keep this in your pocket. It will give you a date and time. Don't trust anyone else here. I'm gong to get you out of here." he said, smirking as he walked out of the room and closed the door behind him. Briar sat in the room, wondering if everything she just saw was a hallucination, or even a dream, but the paper was still pressed into her palm, and it felt very much real. She quickly shoved the tiny scrap of paper in her pocket and sat cross legged in the floor.

Kylen walked down the hall with the man into a cell, closely built next to others. Kylen looked at everyone, then quickly jerked his head down. He's developed a fear of people, especially in the asylum. "Who are they?" Kylen asked the man. "Other patients Woods. You've spent too much time in your room again, haven't you?" "N-No. I am fine." Kylen walked into the cell, the man locking it and walking away. Kylen sat on the floor, looking at his bruises quietly.

Briar could hear them bring in another patient from the ward. From the direction they came from, this patient must have had a normal ward room. For a moment, Briar thought it might be one of the more 'normalized' patients, but she could never underestimate the people that stayed here. Some where like snakes, and attacked when provoked, while others were like ticking time bombs waiting to go off at the right moment.

Kylen was about to roll up his sleeves to pinch again, but then remembered the doctors were watching him. Instead, he walked around slowly, dragging his hands along the bars trying to keep himself occupied. Every time there was a collab, he forced himself to do this, just so he wouldn't snap and go berserk.

Eventually the doctors open the doors to each of the rooms and let each of the patients walk out. Briar stood up and saw three people exit, one from each room. She slowly made her way out of her room, wincing as one of the doctors shoved past her, reopening the wound on her right leg. She could feel the blood slowly seep out and onto the bandage that was covering it. If she didn't escape now, she would get it checked out by one of the nurses. She had yet to look at the note the brown haired doctor gave her, but at this point, it didn't matter. She couldn't look at it here, so she stood next to Victor and Kylen, careful not to bump into either of them.
The doctors in front of the patients, waving them to chat and socialize with each other. Briar felt her pulse go up. This is why she hated this. She didn't want to talk to anyone else, especially people who could so easily betray her. -
Ink smiled happily as he practically bounced out of his cell, waving cheerfullyat the others "hello!"

Kylen glanced over at Ink with wide eyes. "Hi." He said softly but boring like.

Briar looked at them both, still not speaking. She just stared as the doctors milled around the room, taking periodically placed notes. She looked down at the floor, staring at the shoes she was wearing. She hadn't changed them since she got here, but now they were a little to small for her. One of the doctors glared at her, as if saying, "Speak, or you'll be lobotomized" Briar shook slightly at that thought and opened her mouth, just to quickly close it. What was she going to say?

"Not exactly." she said, standing near him, but keeping her distance all the same. "You seem misunderstood, but then again, we all have our dirty secrets, don't we?" she said, her voice cracking with each word. It seemed she hadn't spoken in ages and it was going to take a bit to get used to. "So, why are you here exactly?"

Kylen looked down, uninterested in the conversation, wanting to start pinching again.

Kylen couldn't stand still. If he stood there for another minute he would go berserk, so he started pacing back and forth to sooth him.
