The year is 2026 and people are splicing the DNA of metas for the best possible weapons and army. Those whom have rebelled on the past have died, until a few of them have escaped to destroy this group of people using people as weapons

The year is 2036 and it has been ten years since Barry Allen gave his life to save Earth Two. His children are taken care of by their mother, Iris. The world is in peace, inspired by Barry Allen's sacrifice. And hospitals have been opened for special, confidential care for medas.
Turns out these hospitals became corrupted. Nurses have been taking DNA from Meda adults and made children clones of them. It is up to the children of the Legends, Team Arrow, and Team Flash to protect the world from these villians. -
