Lexi bit her bottom lip and looked at he ground as a thought came into her head. What's one boat ride? If anyone asks, you could use your cover as an excuse. She thought, standing up. She took off the crocs and put on regular beige sandals. "Let's go back to the pool then." Lexi sighed, not wanting to be too direct into this,

''Okay then,'' Lachina said, grinning as the horrid crocs were finally over her feet. ''What would you like to drink once we get there? Or is that pushing it?'' She questioned, a grin on her lips. ''I'm so happy you're finally taking some risks,'' Lachina hummed pleasantly, glad the girl is opening up more to her even if it's bit by bit.
-
"I don't know. I've never been to a bar before... So I'll decide once I get there." I told her, walking out the cabin. I studied her nervously as I held the door open for her. I couldn't encourage her personally. There wouldn't be much excuse for hitting on someone.
-
''Alright,'' Lachina hummed, as she said a small thank you as the two went on deck. A ship full of criminals made her safe rather than in the company of civilians and police officers. The sense of safety, Lachina took a deep breath of the ocean air. ''We could get something basic like beer or whiskey,'' Lachina suggested with a grin.
-
Beer. I've had beer before. Sometimes I had beer with my colleagues. So I knew I could trust beer. "Beer would be fine." I replied as we arrived back at the pool. It seemed people had thankfully moved on from the scene she caused earlier.
-
''Alright,'' Lachina grinned, gazing around the pool to look for a nearby bar. ''I'll try to get us some free drinks,'' She said once again. Lachina hummed, gazing at the nearest bar, her eyes shifting quickly to the bartender.
-
I felt nervous once alone and avoided looking at anyone as I sat on a public bench. I looked around, wondering if the pool would be important for my notes.
-
Lachina approached the bar, her eyes lingering on the bartender. Not many folks were near the bar as the other criminals conversed with old colleagues and friends. ''Well, hello there,'' Lachina grinned, nonchalantly as the male bartender was attracted to her vibrant pink hair and adoring looks. ''Hello, miss,'' His deep voice rumbled, and Lachina, being the woman she is was instantly attracted to him. ''How may I help you?'' He questioned, leaning against the counter, his brown eyes peering down at the fragile woman. ''Well, maybe we can help each other? I get one beer and a few shots of tequila for few and then,'' She bit her bottom lip, her eyes looking up and down at the man. ''And then, I can help you later,'' Lachina whispered, seductively.
With success, Lachina returned to Lexi's side, sitting beside her on a bench. ''The drinks should be coming soon,'' Lachina hummed, feeling rather giddy. ''We should go sit in the shade,'' The maiden said, pointing to the free beach chairs the rested underneath beach umbrellas. ''As a prostitute, it wouldn't be good if I got a vicious sunburn,'' She commented, casually. -
"Yeah. Red goes terrible with pink." I told her in a sarcastic manour before heading for one of the chairs. The sarcastic manour was good for her character, and good for keeping Lachina unattracted to her. If Lachina made a move on her... Well... Best to avoid that.
-
''Luckily I'm not bright red,'' Lachina said, a grin on her lips. She sat on the beach chair, the umbrella above her shielding her from the sun. Lachina's eyes were direct on Lexi, as she cracked her fingers. ''Think me not being red better my chances with you?'' She questioned, teasingly. She sent a wink towards Lexi's way, as a giggle escaped her lips. ''Just teasing,'' Not wanting to push too many of Lexi's buttons.
-
Lexi failed to hide a blush on her cheeks and looked away, feeling a bit irritated at herself. When Lachina added that she was teasing, it made her relax a bit, but also made her feel embarrassed. "No idea. But I ain't rubbing Aloe Vera on you if you do get burnt." Lexi replied, trying to regain her sarcastic manour.
-
''Never said it was you who had to do it,'' Lachina mentioned, giggling at Lexi's faint blush. ''But, now that we're on that topic, maybe I should get sunburned, I mean you might actually enjoy putting aloe vera on me,'' Lachina said, chuckling as she gave Lexi another wink.
-
Lexi frowned, feeling her cheeks warm up. Sarcasm wasn't working. "I... I don't... Ugh... Can we please change the topic?" Lexi asked, brows furrowed in irritation. She looked away, hoping that Lachina wouldn't notice her blushing.
