Gonna post the starter soon! Post whenever you can; just make sure you only respond once each turn. Doesn't have to be in a distinct order. -
Aener dashed across the forest, his feet barely touching the ground. He seemed to float above it, his leaps and bounds tall and wide. He came upon a gigantic fallen tree-trunk, its roots decayed but gnarled. Bending down and pushing himself up harder than he had been, he felt himself fly at a stray branch. He gripped the tree branch above him tightly, swinging himself back and forth until he had the strength to propel himself across the trunk. As he landed, he felt a pulse of magic warm his body. The camp was nearby. Aener was, in the least to say, excited. He would be an early graduate this year. His excitement faltered when he remember that his parents had pushed him to do it. Even then, it was alright. As he took another step forward, he felt magic ripple through his entire body. The world around him seemed to freeze, lights and images taking over his vision. When it went away, he was greeted by a large clearing that hadn't been there before. Tents and cabins of all sorts littered the place, and hundreds of magical beings stood before them. This was camp Absconditum.
Caeda carefully walked through the forest, using her blade to push back the brush and branches that blocked her path. Despite being summer, the forest felt cool and inviting. Any mortal would get terribly lost here. She groaned as she swept her hair away from her face. She wasn't sure if she'd ever reach the camp. -
"My mother's Lord... My lord... Although I am only half... Allow me to live with the sin of my other half... Allow me to find my way... I ask you help me find the camp so I may learn to overcome my sins and someday join my mother." Angeline whispered. Maria flew off her shoulder and sang a quiet song. "Maria? Did you find the trail?" Angeline asked, following the bird. It's beautiful song slowly got louder as she followed it. Eventually the Nightingale's song echoed through the forest, greeted by the echoes of other birds songs as the camp revealed itself to her.
Lina sighed and slept in a tree. She was sore from all the walking. "You had to get us lost again. This is why I missed so many days." Lina grunted to Kylie. Kylie whimpered and Lina sighed. "I'm sorry. It's not your fault. I'm just pissed." Lina mumbled. Suddenly, she heard the song of a bird. It made her groan when she realized what bird. A Nightingale. "Let's follow them." Lina whispered to Kylie, climbing quietly down the tree as the angel ran by.
You would think being dressed the way Kyoko was that she would be bothered by bugs and insects. However, when a bug tried to bite her, it instantly freezes to death. This was why Kyoko felt comfortable wearing comfortable clothing. No one could touch her unless she let them. Eventually Kyoko felt the magic grow around her as she looked around. The camp couldn't be seen, but she knew it was there. She walked foraward a step and the illusion slowly faded. Five steps and there was a clearing. Ten steps, she was now surrounded by a camp. -
Lamia trudged through the forest, sweat glistening on her forehead. The trip to camp wasnt supposed to be easy, but so far it had just been precarious to say in the least. No monsters attacking. Nothing. The years before were harder, but then again, she also would have been there by now. She huffed, looking up at the bits of sky that peeked through the top of the trees. Adiuva me Domine pater. Auxilium mihi de deo sine fine timore. Duc exercitum. she muttered, as black flames licked at her feet. Sequere sonitus in ventum et tenta Noto. Deinde come diversae via non bona post musicae. she heard a raspy voice whisper in her ear.She nodded as she heard the sound of a nightingale in the distance, and she smirked slightly. This was what she had to follow. Then the music. It seemed simple enough, but she didnt know that it was harder than.

Azazel ran through the woods on all fours. His new form as a fox. He felt good in this form, but he knew it wouldnt last long. He was onto the trail for the camp like the way had just been put in front of him, but something was odd. The camp kept moving a few centimeters. He twitched his ears as he saw someone approaching him, but they dismissed him and walked by. He ran forward, his bushy tail flying in wind as gained enough space between him and this stranger. When he felt that he was safe, he returned to his human state, grinning like a lunatic. -
Flying through the shadows of the trees, Quillan looked around himself, careful to stay out of sight. His bat wings beat furiously as he strained to fly even faster. The camp was so close, just a little farther.... Quillan had been eager to get to the camp for days, though no one could tell just by looking at him. No one could really read his expressions when he wasn't a bat, and Quillan liked it that way. Truth was, he was only looking forward to the camp for what he might be able to gain out of it, not whoever he might meet. He didn't need anyone. With that thought in mind, Quillan briefly changed back into his human form so he could rest for a second in the shadow of the nearest tree. Others surely must be looking for the camp. Quillan hoped he could get there first, and have no one notice him on the way. He'd come out of nowhere, and steal that personal prize.

Aradhel was walking through and down her path towards the camp, unsure of exactly how much further she had to go until she arrived. She kept her ears open, listening in to the sounds of the forest. The birds overhead, and far away, as they spoke out guiding her to her destination from above. Her wolf was ahead of her, walking along the path as she was told from the birds. She just hoped she was closing in on the camp soon.

Aener shoved his hands into his pockets, taking in the air. It was so different from the forest; it had been rather suffocating. As he approached a tent, a centaur that had been paying him no heed suddenly whipped around and approached him. In a deep, serious voice, he said, "You may take any tent or cabin you'd like. Two to a tent and four to a cabin. Ah, and... While we don't recommend unisex, if a lady is willing, feel free to bunk with one." The centaur paused, a smirk on his lips. "If you choose that, I hope we hear nothing of assault."
"Please, spare me your warnings Abner," Aener hissed. "I'll be fine." The onibi stalked past him, heading right for a nearby tent. No one had checked in yet. He snatched the pen and scrawled his name on the first line before pulling up the flap and heading inside.
Caeda continued to trek through the forest, her eyes darting from side to side. Suddenly, she felt her feet give way. A startled scream emitted from her throat as she fell forward, heading for the ground. A pair of bright, glowing hands stopped her fall. Her spirit was holding her just inches from the ground. Sighing, she whispered, "Thank you." -
(You're welcome to skip me if 24 hours has passed after the last post. I have really hard classes and I'm probably gonna be on and off for a wee bit. ^^")

Name: Malex
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Bisexual
Age: 18
Species: Half Demon
Appearance: Malex is average height, about 5 5", fair but tan skin, wide blacked out eyes, bold eyebrows and big lips. She has long red hair usually left down, and average length ed black horns. She wears a red sleeveless mid-lengthed dress, black Renaissance style boots, a homemade leather jacket, and a fire pendant.
Powers: She can control the actions of people surrounding her including physical activity, body language, and the occasional speaking, but only when she has enough power. She is also able to set things on fire at will, but again, only when she has enough power. Being restricted from her powers makes her angered and in a bad mood.
Personality: She'll always find a way to get what she wants, regardless of anybody else's feelings, even if it means she has to kill a few people. She's a bit hot- headed, which makes her disliked among almost everyone at the camp.
Other: Her fire pendant that she wears helps her control the flames that she makes. She also bottles up her romantic feelings making her angry, almost like a tsundre. Malex grew up with her human dad and demon mother fighting almost daily, causing her to avoid romance later in her life. Her parents fought a lot about how her mother fed her family, killing and hunting. Malex's father was worried she would be in danger if her mother ever became that hostile, so he sent her to Camp Absconditum so Malex would be safe. He did this secretly because he knew her mother wouldn't be okay with it. She was so infuriated she killed him, and Malex never knew.
Hope I'm not to late to join this just looked real interesting, I'm planning on posting my first real roleplay post tomorrow, depending on how much time I have. I'm also absolutely terrible at drawing digitally so I described her instead.
