I had another thread for these jewels, but it's old, unoriginal, and actually really scary to look at. (You can find that old thread here: Herp derp plots made by Darkness and her trusty steads/seeds) There was so much wrong with it that I thought to myself, "You can do better." So I decided, why not make a new thread?
I've noticed long posts scare people. But that's too bad for you, if that's the kind of person you are. I'm gonna set a few ground rules upfront.
Do use these plots with your friends! A lot of these ideas are admittedly cool and can give you a long-lasting roleplay.
Do alter the plot if you need to. Add on, remove, edit however you fancy. Chances are your ideas are way better than mine.
Do ask questions if you want more information on a plot! I am more than happy to share information if you decide you need it. Collaboration often makes for a strong plot.
Don't claim the plots as your own. Plagiarism is a no-no in school; why would we want it here?
All plots will be numbered, categorized by genre, and will feature an ideal number of people (i.e. "This needs 4 users" or "This is a 1x1"). If a plot is based off of a movie, book, video, or anything of the sort, I will drop a link to those things so you can see them for yourself. In addition to these super amazing things, I'll be using a "featured photo" at the top of each one to give the thread a really fun vibe.

1. "The Monster Under Your Bed"
Genre: Action, horror, romance
# of People: 1x1
Children have always claimed that they know there is a monster hiding under their bed. Parents have heard the same plea for help: "Mom, you need to check under my bed." "Dad, there is most definitely a monster waiting under my bed!" Some parents entertain this idea, checking under the bed for the terrifying monster. Every search has lead to nothing. But... What if these monsters were real?
Muse A, a young adult preparing to go to college, grew up afraid of what was under their bed. Even as a teenager, they found themselves leaning over their bed, peering at the empty space beneath. However, their belief is fading. Muse B is the monster that has been hiding under Muse A's bed all of their life. From the day Muse A was born, Muse B had been hand-picked to fight off nightmares; monsters that feed off of people's fears and emotions. With Muse A's belief fading, Muse B will soon be re-issued to a new human. Can Muse B convince Muse A to believe in them again, or will Muse A be introduced to unnerving horrors without the support of Muse B? -
2. "Snatched"
Genre: Romance, fantasy, action, adventure
# of People: 1x1
Muse A, a princess/prince from an extremely wealthy kingdom, is looking to marry. They are at the proper age to find a hand in marriage. To their absolute horror, Muse B, a princess/prince from an extremely important kingdom has offered their hand in marriage. Muse B has been absolutely obsessed with Muse A ever since they first met. Muse A has rejected their flowers, letters, and gifts, rudely declining the offer to marry. When Muse A refuses Muse B again, Muse B decides to take a drastic approach. Muse B kidnaps Muse A in the dead of night, taking them out of the country and off to a secluded place for an entire month. There, Muse B hopes that Muse A will see them for who they are. How will Muse A cope with this sudden kidnapping? -
3. "Hell Makes the World Go Round"
Genre: Action, adventure, horror, sci-fi, fantasy, romance, horror
# of People: 1x4+
As you stand in a place that doesn't seem to have anything in it, a figure stands before you. He's tall, lanky, and seems to have an air about him that brings you chills. Before you can ask him a question, he looks at you with a glare in his eyes and drops his hand to the side.
"Welcome to the World of the Damned. I am Death, the destroyer of worlds. At least, that's what some people call me. Others call me the king of reapers. But, for your sake? You can call me Death."
He pauses for a moment, inhaling. You touch yourself all over, trying to figure out why you're talking to Death himself. But before you can ask, he starts talking once more. "You were one of the many people caught up in the filthy bloodshed. What did you do to get placed in hell, anyway? Kill a guy? Or several? Well, whatever you did... It's going to be the ticket to get you out."
You gaze at him in confusion. He smirks at you. "The world is decaying. It's dying. I have people showing up down here that don't even belong here. My guess is that heaven is being overloaded with souls. I've been stationed here, the middle ground. So here's the deal. You're going to go back to Earth and try to fix the war going on. I'll give you and your group special powers to fight. Yeah, you have a group. No questions, alright? Oh, and.. Try to come back a hero, yeah?"
The Earth that you remember is in chaos. You died in one of the many wars. The only question is... Will you be able to do as asked, or will you fail? -
4. "Wings Over You"
Genre: Romance, angst
# of People: 1x1
In a world where angels rule over humans, angels have become savages that treat humans as unequals. They are angered that God so openly favored humans to their kind. As soon as God abandoned them, they left the heavens and took to earth to claim it as their own.
Muse A is a human that has been put into a traff---ing ring. They are not new to this; they have had several owners in the past. Muse B is an angel who owns several humans. Often times, they purchase a human, play around with them, and then sell them away. They rarely keep around their toys that they buy.
When Muse B sees Muse A at an auction, they immediately buy the human. At first, Muse A is like any other slave that Muse B has had in the past. But, over time, Muse A starts to grow on the angel. How will Muse B proceed? -
5. "War Within the Kingdom" or "Overly Nice
Genre: Fantasy, adventure, action, romance
# of People: 1x4+
You grip a piece of parchment tightly in your hands, holding your breath as you begin to read the scrawled writing:
Hello. I am of Kerran Fillanes, the prince of Kodora. As you know, you are a resident of my mother's kingdom. I'm sure that you have heard the stories. Troublesome mages, rowdy fairies, witches cursing people up the ass... Kodora is in need of help. My mother has turned an eye to these stressful matters, but I have not. I see what is going on, and that is why I am asking you for help.
The mages I mentioned before are starting to group up and form an army. Normally, I wouldn't think much of it, but they are gaining numbers at an alarming rate. I pride myself in being strong, but... I'm afraid I'm not strong enough to fight men like this. Not alone. Our castle guards are also struggling. As it is, my mother commands them, and not myself.
...So, I ask that you come to my aid. Please. Kodora needs you. I need you. Come to the castle gates at dawn. I will be waiting, warrior.
Part of you doubts that this message is real. But the signature of the crown prince is right there, giant and seated at the bottom of the page. You'd be a fool not to answer to his summon. After all, this is a plea for help. And it's time for you to use your magic and make a difference. -
5. "Rabbity Wonderland"
Genre: Romance, fantasy, action, adventure
# of People: 1x1
The Red Queen and the White Queen hold battles every decade to see who deserves the right to the crown. It also is held for good fun; to see who has the strongest knights in Wonderland. Muse A, the white rabbit, is the Red Queen's strongest warrior. Muse B, the march hare, is the White Queen's strongest warrior. Muse A and Muse B have fought each other every battle, with Muse B nearly killing Muse A or vice versa. The two rabbits have had it with the fighting. Before this year's battle, Muse B takes off out of the castle, seemingly running away from their duties. Muse A likes the idea and joins them on the escape of a lifetime. -

7. "Release Me" or "I Want Out"
Genre: Thriller, realistic, romance
# of People: 1x1
Muse A and Muse B have been inseparable since they first met. So much so, in fact, that they decided to start dating once they got into high school. Muse A had plans to propose to Muse B once they graduated. Just after graduation, however, Muse A gets into a terrible car accident that changes their life forever. The wreck broke them so badly that their very personality changes. They start to face anxiety, depression, and an overwhelming fear of the world. They lock themselves up in their house, afraid of the real world.
Muse B, when visiting one night, wakes up and goes to leave to find the door locked from the inside. Muse A, in a crazed state, demands that Muse B stays with them inside. When Muse B tries to explain how they can't stay, Muse A gets aggressive- abusive, even. Will Muse B be able to mend the fragile mind of Muse A, or will they be trapped in this horrific apartment for the rest of their life with the shell of their companion? -
8. "Camp Whisper"
Genre: Fantasy, adventure, action, drama, romance
# of People: 1x4+
Far beyond our time, humans discovered the existence of magic; something that had been spoken of in myths, fairy tales, and made-up fantasies. The many beasts and creatures of old truly existed on Earth. Humans, amazed and awed by the beauty of it all, offered a peace treaty. Harmony befell both sides for centuries.
With this peace in place, the humans and magical beings decided that it would be realistic to mate. Many who were madly in love decided to have children. This sprouted all about the world, causing in an influx of these unique beings. After much consideration and discussion, the offspring of such a duo were called Demi-Homobestia. Some looked more like their human parent, and others looked far more like the magical being of their second parent. Regardless, the new species was recognized.
As this new generation slowly started to dominate the Earth, people began to argue over how they should be raised. Human parents wanted their children to attend school, and learn the culture of their kin. However, the magical beings wanted to teach their children magic and tell them the stories of old. Teachers of all races started to grow uneasy with the arguing. However, a brave human man and a brave female fairy stepped up to end the arguing.
The man and fey explained that a camp could be created. Parents willing to send their child would see wonderful results; their child would learn things from both worlds, and learn many more things, such as how to hone their powers, or even learn decent table manners. Upon a child's thirteenth birthday, they would be granted access to this camp for an entire month. That access would be lost upon their eighteenth birthday, granting them six month's worth of teaching. They called the camp "Camp Absconditum."
Each year, the camp would be moved to a different location (for the safety of teachers and students). Demi-Homobestia children would be required to hunt and find it. Upon a student's last year at the camp, they would be offered a test. This test would help the young adult decide what job to take up, or what path their life will take. All across the world, people cheered for this idea, and so it become reality.
...However, Camp Absconditum is known for mysterious accidents occurring on the camp grounds. Several children have been found dead, if found at all. Those who survive claim that one could hear the voices of the dead or lost, despite the camp moving locations every year. Sometimes, these voices are malicious. Other times, these voices lead a child through the training and ultimately back home alive. Almost all of the voices sound like soft whispers in the ear. Due to this reason, many call the camp "Camp Whisper."
This year, it seems as if graduates will face a test that no other year has taken. Rumors are that many trying to find the camp will never reach the camp grounds... Will you, a fellow Demi-Homobestia, find the camp, pass the test, and solve the mystery of the missing students? Or will you become another one of the voices that every student claims to hear? -
9. "Disturbance"
Genre: Fantasy, adventure, action, drama, romance
# of People: 1x3+
A group of friends go on a cruise during their summer vacation to relax and let off some steam. Halfway to their first destination, the captain exclaims that there is strange weather approaching. Before they know it, the group is being thrown into the seas. When they wake up, they're on the shore of an odd-looking beach. They quickly discover that they aren't on Earth. The disturbance, caused by magical forces, brought them to a magical land.
The teens find out that they're being hunted. Humans are born with magical essence that cannot be released on Earth. However, they have endless amounts of it, making them the strongest magical beings in existence. The magic is infused with their soul, making it extremely pure. On the down side, this essence can be extracted by force. Many of the creatures in the realm wish to extract the teens' essence by force, securing the powerful magic for themselves.
Will the teens be able to unleash their magic and return home, or will they be on the run forever, never seeing their families again? -
10. "Crystalline"
Genre: Action, Drama, Romance, Adventure, Fantasy
# of People: 1x4+
Years into the future- far beyond the 2000s- strange people were discovered. These people had strong magical abilities; god-like ones. People admired them- but some were afraid. These magical beings overpowered the government, swiftly rising to power and creating their own monarchy of sorts. Normal citizens attempted to rebel. They all were shut down, one by one. After a year of this, the magical beings decided that humans didn't deserve to be around. In fact, they were seen as a burden. A threat. Instead of killing humans, the magical beings sealed all humans away inside of crystals. There, they would be frozen in time for hundreds of years.
Now, humans are being released from their crystallized prisons. They have been given two options: follow the laws laid down by the magical ones, or risk losing their lives.
A small group of young adults have decided to fight against this rule. This risk could very well mean they lose everything. However, there is also the chance that they will save the entire human race. The only question is.. Will they succeed, or will everyone who takes a stand be crystallized or murdered for their crimes? -

Can I do 7: I Want Out with you? I think it would be lots of fun, and I’m itching for a literate roleplay. I haven’t done a literate roleplay since I left Amino though, so I might be a bit rusty!
