Gale was taken to some sort of facility and put on the ground. Once out of the net he started to float up again, but luckily one of the pilots tied a rope around him and brought him inside.

Sam was starting to realize that Dr. Dackle must be recruiting or something. He had no idea what for, but one thing was for sure, he must know something about whatever happened to him back in the hospital. That thought was possibly the only thing keeping him here. Or else he would be out looking for his sister. Waiting in the plane, Sam started to calm down a little. -
(Where are they taking Gale?)

(Dr. Dackle is flying a plane around to recruit the children. He works and lives alone in his lab which is above the country. A place I'm going to explain later. You're describing more of a military lair than a freestyle scientist that takes care of children kinda lair.)

(Um... I'm very sorry if this sounds rude... But have you been reading the post? I... I thought it was clear that he was picking them up one by one and picking up Gale next.)
(I have an idea to make the direction you're going in work. When Gale was floating uncontrollably maybe he sees the sky island floating around and tries to head for it?) -
Dr. Dackle took Flare into the ship and took off the blazer and pants that he wore over his lab coat and leggings. He put his usual trench coat (like Rip Hunters trench coat) over his lab coat and returned to the control panel. "This is Flora, Dew, and Sam. Your code name is Flare. Now, you four get to know eachother. We have one more person to get. However... It looks like he isn't on my monitor anymore... I have no idea where he is..." Dr. Dackle sighed, rubbing his forehead.

She remembered the fear, and the flames the licked her skin but, most importantly the light that flashed and the cease of pain as well as the sudden path to freedom. Ruelle could remember the residents' faces and their anger and fear when they suspected her for arson. With the thought of her ex-boyfriend, truly being the cause, Ruelle clenched her hands to the hem of her shirt, anger clear in her eyes.

Gale kept floating up until he saw something in the clouds. Somehow he stopped and decided to try and get the unknown object. He soon saw it was an island and he thought that was weird, but figured sky land was better than no land.

Jack finished eating his food and just sat there watching the water with a small smile, propping his head up with his arm. He sighed and then stood up to look for a place to sleep

"So... Where are we going again? Picking anyone else up?" Sam questioned, starting to feel a little freaked out again. The other girl that just joined their little group, some girl Dr. Dackle was calling Flare, was starting to make him uncomfortable. Probably because she was exploding with questions at Dr. Dackle, and pretty much mimicking how he felt right now.
