  Nova revealed herself finally. She hid her face from the boy. She couldn't bare to look at the wingless being. Maybe he wasn't one of her kind. This gave her more reason to be afraid.

  Chris whipped around and stared at the girl. He looked up and down at her. "Uh hello...?" This was unexpected, he wasn't completely sure on what he should do in this situation. "By chance did you happen to fall from the sky?" That probably wasn't something you should ask to a stranger.
