"Maybe not." Kate replied, not feeling like arguing on her birthday. She would allow the girl to stay in blissful ignorance.

Jocie groaned.She stomped away towards the cafeteria.

Kate sighed and returned to Aria, putting on a look of concern.

Aria saw Kate."How'd it go?"she asked.

"Not good. She was ranting about how I'm this perfect girl who still has virginity." Kate replied. "Then I went: Well...." She added. "You know, cause I'm smart like that." She sighed sarcastically, rubbing her face.

Aria blushed."You didn't tell her with who right?"she asked nervously.

"No, of course not. But she might Assume." Kate replied.

Aria sighed."You're the best thanks"she said and kissed her cheek.

Kate smiled. "Maybe it's best for you to talk to her. It's understandable for her to not want to talk to me. But you're her best friend." Kate told Aria.

Aria nodded."Thanks babe,but I got to go to history."she said right as the bell rang.

Kate smiled as she got dressed in her red bikini. She pulled on an orange bathing suit cover (a soft, very see through dress.) Then she put on yellow flip flops with blue straps and a blue baseball cap with gold letters saying: #Sweet16
She decided to text Aria before getting the decorations and snacks ready. Joe was coming over to help with the preparations. So she had some time to spare while waiting.
Kate: Hey babe! How are you?
