They are the children of one god each, not two, so you can have the child of Happiness, the child of Misery, or the the child of Happiness and the child of Misery.

Yes, but do I have to make the Daughter of Happiness the Demi Goddess of Happiness? Or can I make her the Demi Goddess of something simular like the Demi Goddess of Fun and Beauty?

They aren't demigods, they fully god, the gods magically made them. They become the new god/godess of whatever their parent was the god of when their parents die at the start of this roleplay.
