Nichole turned away with a shrug. "Maybe to that pizza shop down the street?" Nichole suggested as she went back in the living in room to put away her books and her mug. She grabbed her phone, barely breathing as she checked her phone. She was trying out this dating app, and she was way too embarrassed about it to admit that to Beatrix. She was a nerd, sure, who was in more in love with Netflix than socializing, but even she had to admit searching for love on a dating app seems to be her last option. The only other option was.. no, she couldn't admit anything to Beatrix. If Bea rejected, it would make things way too awkward to live together. Nichole didn't even know Bea's sexuality, she was always afraid to ask in fear of her getting the wrong idea.
-
Beatrix heard Nichole's suggestion and smiled. 'That sound like an idea!" she said, setting her phone down and taking of her dirty clothes. She didn't have time to take a shower, but she would freshen up somehow. She walked over to her closet and sifted through the clothes and pulled out a filly black dress that came three inches above her knees. It had a black satin bow in the back and it was made to show off her curves. She quickly put it on with some black laced up boots. Her hair looked slightly messy, so she quickly ran through it with her brush. She observed herself in the mirror and smiled. Her red lipstick set this outfit off, and she liked it. She walked out of her room and looked at Nichole. "I'm all ready." she said, with a smile. She actually felt good, but she was also admiring Nichole. Even though she didn't change, she had an aura of beautifulness about her. She smiled as she felt her chekleks heating up. She turned away for a moment and took a deep breath, and faced her, hoping she didn't see.
-
Nichole smiled, admiring Bea's outfit. Nichole wanted to compliment Bea on how beautiful she looked, but she stayed silent. Nichole turned away, not wanting to stare so long and make it awkward. It's funny, Nichole's always trying to avoid making things awkward but she's basically the definition of awkward. "I'll drive," Nichole offered, grabbing her glasses before she walked out.
-
Beatrix nodded and followed behind Nichole. The car she drove was nice. It was something Beatrix would get if she had enough money. She quickly made her way over to the passengers side door and opened it, sitting down in the seat softly.
-
Nichole smiled as she started up the engine. Her favorite song was playing but she didn't know if Beatrix liked it much so she kept it turned down. The drive wouldn't be far anyway, she'd have to listen to it when they got back home to make up for it. Nichole sneaked a glance at Beatrix, trying to hide her smile. God, she was beautiful. Nichole couldn't help but say something. "You look great," - and amazing and beautiful and I really wanna just cuddle up in your arms. But Nichole didn't say that last part.
-
Beatrix gave Nichole a quick smile. "Thank you." she said, admiring Nichole from.the corner of her eye. "You look just as stunning." she said, nervous that Nichole.would stop the CSR and drive back home, but she didn't. She kept driving forward. Maybe today would be a good day after all. Soon enough, they were there at the pizza place. It looked slightly busy, but there were still tables that were available.
-
Nichole got out of the car quickly so she could hold open the door for Beatrix. "You wanna eat here or take the pizza home?" Nichole asked as they neared the building. If Nichole could eat one thing for the rest of her life, it would be pizza. She knew that line was pretty cheesy, but there were so many variations and she just loved it.
-
Beatrix looked at her and thought for a moment. "How about we eat here..wait! I have an idea!" she said, smiling and looked at Nichole. "We could take it home and watch a movie, or just chat." She walked into the restaurant and noticed that people started to stare at her and upturn there noses. Not many people liked the way she dressed, but it was her own style and it shouldn't matter what other people thought. She paused at the front regestrr and waited for someone to take their order. If sue knew people were going to look at her like this, she would have brought her spell book with her.
(Cheesy xP Nice ^^) -
"That's be great!" Nichole said, smiling and sticking out her tongue playfully. She noticed how people looked at Beatrix but she gave them a cold hard glare that said 'I have killed before and if you don't stop looking at her, you're next'. Of course, she did it without Beatrix noticing. Nichole didn't want to ever have Beatrix experience looking at that cold look she's grown up practicing. People quickly turned away. When the waiter walked up to the counter to take their order, Nichole spoke immediately, knowing what Beatrix liked. "One large pizza, half pepperoni and half black olives."
-
(Me IRL would kill for that pizza)
The waiter nodded and handed Beatrix a number card and they sat in the chairs near the entrance of the store. She was starting to get queasy, because her nerves were on edge. In a place like this, someone could easily find out her secret. She yawned slightly and looked around. She saw families sitting around tables, laughing and joking around. She saw a girl with her boyfriend and chuckled to herself, then looked at Nichole. "So, why did you want to go to your collage? Why not another?" she asked, genuinely curious. -
Nichole had been prepped for this question. She lied slickly, like she was taught. "I had this old friend in high school, we promised to go to the same college, and we both had such different dreams it seemed no college could be perfect for the both of us, but then we found this one, Froglake Valley College, and we both planned to go. He's passed, though. I guess I went there for sentimental reasons.." Nichole trailed off. None of it was a lie, per say, but the other main reason she went was because it was a top college for Nightmare Hunters in training. Nichole didn't like hunting down creatures of the night, she didn't see why just because they were that way that they were immediately deemed evil. Her parents kind of forced it on her, though.
-
Beatrix nodded. "Seems like a good reason." she said with a smile, as there order was being finished. She walked up to the counter and grinned as the pizza was slid her way. "Have a nice day." the waiter said, giving the girls a slight wave before heading back to the kitchen. Beatrix looked around and inhaled the smell of the cheese pizza, but something else mingled in. It was the scent of an angel. Beatrix cringed for a moment and looked at Nichole. "Excuse mentor a moment." she said, running to the bathroom, after handing her the pizza.
-
"Are you okay Bea?" Nichole tried to ask but Beatrix was already running away into the bathroom. She wondered what had upset her. Could Nichole have let something slip? She reviewed the conversation over in her head. No, it couldn't have been that. Nichole looked around. Did Beatrix spot someone that she used to know? Maybe an old enemy? The pizza was starting to burn her fingers with the way she was holding it, but Nichole didn't care. She gazed at everyone in the shop with suspicion.
