In the year 2024, the video game Pokemon was taking another lap of fame. A bio-tech college teacher decided to make Pokemon a reality. He created a machine that would create clones of Pokmon in front of his class. There was a huge explosion, splicing the students DNA. This didnt effect them. But their children were born to be Pokemon/Human Hybrids.
The professor felt bad for the accident he caused. So he created a school for these children. Of course, he wasnt able to get the Governments permission until after the children caused some accidents. Now that the children are preteens/teenagers, th3 government has finally given permission to the professor to help these children control their powers. -

You can make up to three characters.
No posting order.
Your character must be a humanoid Hybrid since they are half human.
Your character can shape shift into a different form if you feel a humanoid form wont suit your Pokemon. But it will be normally humanoid form.
Any debates about the rules of Pokemon must be solved using links from Bulbapedia.

I only have one question, can they evolve?

They evolve with age. As a kid they are basics. Once they are the age of the level their Pokmon evolves at they evolve.

Powers: Can make simple physical illusions like shields, swift stars, dancing swords, or a beam of rings.
Weaknesses: Is terrified of ghost and the dark.
Talents: She is an excellent singer and dancer.
Personality: Kind, shy, cheerful, sweet, peaceful, quiet, organized, intelligent, and imaginative.
Likes: Books, dancing, piano, meditation, listening, stories, singing, tulips, and violin.
Dislikes: Drums, violence, video games, noise, chaos, and the dark.
Bio: Some older kids were picking on her friend in her old school. She told them to stop and they began to pick on her. The bullying got so carried away that her psychic powers sent everyone flying back. The bullies ended up in a coma. Her friend broke their arm.
Other: Every Saturday Kiara leaves the boarding school to visit the hospital. -
