C1 is a demon and was sent to earth to kill C2, but when C1 finds out there was a curse (that makes it so no body can kill C2 and if C2 doesnt find true love before her 20th birthday she can never be killec and becomes C3 wife/husband) put on C2 by C3 and the only way for the curse to break is for C2 to find true love but when C1 finds themself falling for C2, C1 has to make a decision to kill C2 after telling C2 his/her love for them or to stay with C2 and loses all of their demon powers and be chased by demons for the rest of their lifes
