StoneColdWarrior NewbieC1 is one of few who have been born with certain 'powers' within them. As they grew older they grew to control their powers. But also as they grew, the government came to learn about them as well. And as they did, they began to hunt them down.
C2 is a normal human, who knows about these special people. They don't see them as threats and want to help them. When they learn about c1, they set their sights to rescue the before the government captures them though.
...that's all I have got. But yeaah... Anyone? I Would prefer c1, but can do c2. -

Apearence: 5'5", tan skin, light brown hair, green eyes.
Clothes (normal): Light blue jeans and some white shoes. A longsleeve black shirt, and a purple jacket. And she wears glasses.
Clothes (combat): dark jeans and some boots. A loose grey tee shirt.
Powers: shes able to freeze things at just a touch. (She'll grow to be able to form sort of a freeze blast from her hands as well when she gets better). And she also has a slight ability to manipulate water (though not very good and she needs a source near her)
Likes: Being alone, music, silence, pizza.
Personality: Cautious, calm, aware, has trouble trusting people.
Weaknesses: Fire, innocent people(she doesn't want to hurt someone else)
Fears: Losing control, fire, killing someone.
Dislikes: public places and such..
Other: She was the cause of her older sisters death. Afterwards being shunned(?) from her family. -
