Nathan stood outside of the principals office and sighed

Candace saw Nathan at the Principals office. Was... Was he called? Candace felt a chill go down her spine. This wasnt good.
Natily looked out the window and blinked when she saw her son out there. She smiled, got up, and walked toward the door. Can I help you? She asked after opening the door. -
Oh I'm just not feeling well and don't know where the nurse is I just need to call my father"he smiled not realizing he was talking to his mother

Your father? Natily asked, getting a catch in her throat. What about your mother? She asked. She wanted to know what Nathan said when people asked him this.

He said "well she's working at the moment"

(Can you post a little more detail about it? Like what kind of feelings that question rose? I mean... She did bring up an important person thats no longer in his life.)

A quick strike of sadness hit him as he pulls his infamous fake smile and grabbed the phone and started dialing "hey dad I need you to pick me up I don't feel too hot"he said before he hung up and sat down hurt in his eyes -

Natily blinked when she saw the hurt in his eyes. This made the same hurt spark in fear eyes like a blue flame. She sat beside Nathan and sighed. Im sorry... Im new. I didnt read the records yet... Did something happen to your mother? Natily asked. Uh... You dont have to answer of course. She replied, standing up.
Candace frowned as she watched them. -
He smiled weakly "nah it's alright"he looked at her feeling like he knew her

Well, have a nice day. I hope you feel better soon. Natily told her. She had a strong urge to cry. She had a strong urge to hug him. She had a strong urge to kiss his forehead and tell him everything was going to be alright. She wanted so desperately to tell him who she was. But she stood up and entered the office.
