Any ideas for a plot?

I kind of want something with a lot of action? And probably romance. Other than that, nothing specific comes to mind.

Yeah.
Long ago, in a world where Elves, Humans, and Fairies lived in harmony, creatures known as Vampires, Pixies, and Dark Elves were banished to another realm. Some children were free, and went to a school in the mainland, hidden from humans.
C1 is a spy sent by the Mainland Council to find this school and infiltrate it. C1 goes to the school as a student. And at first is frightened by its dangerous students. C2 falls in love with C1 and finds out their secret. C2 knows that a specious like C1 would never love them. So they force C1 to go out with them. (Black mail, love spell, etc.) How will this effect C1's life or C2's?

At first, they are frightened by the students and believe them to be highly dangerous. However, the students find C1 to be a thrill to have at the school. C2 finds out about the new student and develops an interest in them. Through many conversations, C2 realizes that they are falling for C1. However, they're aware of who C1 truly is; and with that knowledge, C2 comes to an irrational decision that C1 would never love them. C2 decides to force C1 into a relationship with the use of dark magic and blackmailing. How with C2's daring action affect their lives?
