Just then two tranquilizer darts came out of no where and hit both of them.

Kiba fainted.

Just as Xever passed out everyone at the fair turned out to be Snakearons in disguise. They took them to their own village and tied both of them to posts.

Kiba woke up a minute later and realized that she was tied to a post.

Xever woke up and saw them tied up and asked "Where are we?" "Allow me to tell you." said a voice. Out of the shadows crept the decaying, reanimated corpse of O.phagus Hantar, leader of the Snakearons.

Kiba stayed silent,a flash of fear showing in her eyes.

O.phagus said "Surprised to see me?" Xever asked "What do you want with us?" O.phagus said "I don't need you snake prince. I want her."

Kiba tensed up slightly"W-What?"

O.phagus said "That necklace you're wearing belongs to me. 20 years ago, when I vowed to return, my necklace was left behind and thrown into the ocean. Since my people cannot swim, this prevented them from getting it back."

Kiba hissed"You can't take it."

O.phagus said "Of course I can't at the present moment. One of my soldiers reported when trying to take the necklace, he was shocked. That means that cursed witch doctor enchanted the necklace, preventing any Snakearons from grabbing it."

Kiba huffed"So why do you want me when you know you can't touch the necklace since it's cursed?You must have an idea...."She mused,her voice lacing with sarcasm.

O.phagus said "Yes, I have a plan. My wizards are already working on a way to lift the enchantment."
