It's an economy were Violence and hatred is outlawed and results in a 40-year prison sentence. Therefore every day less and less anger fills the streets. though two people C1 and C2 are not born locals but decided to move to the city hoping to live in a utopia but they later fall in love and find out that the society is a lot harder to live in while abiding the rules.
