*Hey* Carrie smiled waving at her. Siting next to her she took a tiny teddy that was on the floor at the end of her head. She held it up, smiling then spoke quietly * My mom gave this to me before she died * She showed it to cassy

Cassy frowned. "She died?" Cassy asked. She looked at the bear and smiled, petting it on the head. "I never met my mom." She told Carrie.

Carrie noded with a small sigh. *she died when i was 10. * she told her then looked up surprised * Really? You havent?* she asked

"Oh... No, I haven't. My sister raised me and herself when our mother left us in this forest. This forest was a popular place for abondoning children back when it was off the map..." Cassy explained. "The story is in this book." She added, handing the novel to Carrie as she blushed.

Cassy watched Carrie. She knew she just handed Carrie most of her secrets. But those secrets didn't really bother her anymore. She got over it around fifty years ago. She had new secrets now so the old ones could be shared.

Carrie closed the book handing it back to her. She swung her legs a bit then looked at her. * Can i ask somthing?* she stopping swinging her legs

carrie looked at the book. * i was already was wondering. Bu in the book it said you got murdered... Is that true?*

"No. I'm clearly alive and well." Cassy replied sarcastically with a smirk. Then she became serious and nodded. "Yeah... One of the kids had a really hard time trusting the society that abondoned them. When the cops tried to bring them to therapy, they got desperate and ran for it. They saw me stuck and held me hostage so the cops would leave me alone. But he didn't know how to use the gun and accidentally fired." Cassy explained, feeling fresh trauma rise.

"It's okay. I'm pretty over it. It was somewhere around one hundred years ago." She told Carrie. "Well, those are my secrets." She cheered, changing the subject. "What are yours?" She asked with a smirk, then her smirk quickly faded. "Uh... I mean... Besides the... Dead mom... Of course..." She stammered, feeling guilty.
