Kelly galloped back to the stable, once she got there she stopped and waited for Misty to get off.

Meredith frowned and tilted her head at Alduin. My... My parents kept me. They neglected me. They didnt care if I was sick or if I passed a course in my training. They didnt care if I won an award or gained a friend. They didnt care when I was bullied. It was as if I was invisible. They only noticed me when I did something that bothered them. And they locked me out of the house whenever that happened... Meredith told him. She had never told anyone about this. She was the only person in the world who knew. Except her parents. Meredith noticed she was telling Alduin this and blushed as she looked away.

Misty got off and said "Thanks for the ride."
Alduin said "Really? Did you run away like I did?" -
Kelly changed back to human and said, "No problem."

No. My aunt was coming over for a surprise visit. She saw me when I was locked out one day and found out how my parents were treating me. I lived with her for my final years of school. She was strict. But she taught me how to defend myself in a world full of people like my parents. Meredith told him. I often feel like Im invisible and that I dont really matter. Im just in the way... She sighed, blushing and fidgeting when she realised she was starting to say even more. She stared into space, wondering if telling Alduin this stuff was a good idea.

Alduin patted her back and said "I know how you feel. No matter how many times my family told me I was strong, I always felt weak and like I didn't belong anywhere."

Kelly went into the building, quickly made a sign about the new job openings, and then put it on the front of the stable.

Meredith blushed as she felt his hand pat her back. She studied him and smiled, tucking her hair behind her ears. I dont like to feel invisible... But Im scared that if I make myself noticeable... People will disapprove. She sighed.

Alduin said "You shouldn't, there will be people who like will you for you and all the things you do."

Kelly leaned against the stable.

Meredith smiled. What if they dont? She asked, holding her arm.

Alduin said "They will, I promise."

Kelly decided to check on her stable in the lake, so she turned into a horse and began to run.

Meredith smiled and held Alduins hand. What about you? She asked, blushing as she looked at him.

Alduin blushed and said "I'm one of those people."
