Misty looked and ordered some fried fish. -
Kelly ordered a sandwich that was like a normal sandwich but the meat was human meat.
Hanna ordered a salad but when both Kelly and the waitress looked at her weirdly she remembered that she was pretending to be a vampire and she also ordered a glass of blood. -
"Oh. Ok. I heard a rumor that this castle kidnapped humans from the mainland." Meredith told them. To protect her cover, she added "So I thought: What fun! And wrote a letter asking to come." She lied, ordering a cocktail to go with her meal. Pixies loved cocktails like Vampires liked blood. Fairies prefered nectar. But she was undercover.

Alduin said "Nah. If we went around kidnapping humans, they would eventually figure out either a serial killer or a kidnapper was on the loose."

"That makes sense." Hanna said.
"Though a long time ago we did kidnap them sometimes, but we ended up stopping because we found out better ways to get the meat. And unfortunately they never let me be one of the kidnappers." Kelly pouted, having never figured out that they didn't let her be a kidnapper because of her ability to constantly be captured, she was pretty much the only person who has been here as long as she had who didn't know why she was never one of the kidnappers. -
"Oh. Okay." Meredith replied. Then what are we here for? She wondered. Then she looked at Kelly. She was shocked and afraid but forced herself to appear understanding. "That sucks." She told Kelly, smirking. She couldn't wait to get back in her room to write down this information. Of course she would have to buy that note book first.

Juliana frowned at Kelly. "Oh stop pouting. They probably didn't want you eating the humans you kidnapped before you gave them to the kitchen." Juliana laughed. "Can you move please? I have to use the bathroom before we eat." Meredith told Alduin.

Alduin said "Yep. So how are you knew guys enjoying our place?"

Hanna nodded, "Yeah, I really like the library."

Meredith got out of the booth and went to the bathroom. She took deep, steady breaths. "You're doing ok. You're doing okay." She told her reflection. "I'm doing good. I just need some air." Meredith sighed, splashing cold water in her face.

Misty said "It's pretty cool. You guys have some cool places to swim."

Kelly leaned back, waiting for her food.

Meredith returned. "I'm glad you guys like it here." Julianna cheered. "Have you found jobs?" She asked.
"Well, I'm working at that restaurant we went to for breakfast. Not only am I paid I get twenty five percent off my breakfast." Meredith responded as she sat down. -
Misty answered "I got a job at Kelly's stable."

"I'm a cashier at a clothing store." Hanna told them.
